However, particle size distribution and oxygen content has been restricted the development of this methord.This paper use direct current arc plasma to evaporation alloy bluck for preparing nano particles of nickel based alloy (Nickel base super alloy (Titanium) and titanium alloy alloy), the main elements of nickel based superalloy particles contains Ni, Co, Al, Cr.and Make particles by TC4 titanium alloy for three times, XRD (X-ray diffraction) analysis shows that the composition of the nano particles are different from substrate. Through the analysis of atomic absorption spectrometer to find characteristic effect of ratio of hydrogen to argon and influence of gas pressure, currentã€voltage to the nano particles.
