Urbanization has changed the underlying surface area,weakened the ability of infiltration in urban stormwater runoff lead to the phenomenon of urban waterlogging occurs frequently.Low-impact development techniques was developed in the late 1990 s on stormwater management and non-point source pollution treatment technology,aiming through a decentralized,small-scale source control to control the runoff and pollution generated by rainstorm, try to make development area close to the natural water cycle.LID concept of technology can effectively reduce the frequency of urban waterlogging and further solve the problem of water pollution and water shortage further more,play an important theoretical and practical significance to maintain the regional water cycle.This paper,taking the northern waterfront city of Ji ’an from jilin province as the research object,analyzed the ji ’an practical problems faced by rain,choose biological stranded pool as the key technology of urban rain flood control.In order to improve the rain water retention in the pool.First of all, this stud y adopts column test to select packing and grouting in biological detention ponds.Secondly,study on biological detention ponds pilot in the laboratory according to t he results of the selection.Finally,according to the pilot related conclusion guide t he construction of demonstration project.By column tests measure different fillers(s uch as the average particle size is 3cm,1.3cm,0.5cm of volcanic rocks,natural zeol ite particle size 0.8-1.2cm、activated zeolite particle size 0.8-1.2cm、medium sand、lime,etc.)under the condition of different ratio,different rainfall,comparing the am monia nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD removal efficiency of the water,consider ing the price of packing and source,particle size,porosity,permeability and otherfactors,eventually determine the ratio of from bottom to top:Particle size is 3 cm vol canic rocks(45cm)+Natural zeolite(15cm)+Particle size is 0.5cm volcanic rocks(5cm)+Medium sand(5cm)+Mixedsoil(12cm)+plant.Carried out the medium test in t he lab according to the proportion, analyzed of filler on removal efficiency of pol lutants in the runoff of rainwater step by step.Inoculating microbes in the pilot of the simulated biological stranded pool,compared the microbial vaccination before and after the treatment effect of biological stranded pool,In the effective period,a mmonia effluent concentration as low as 1.67mg/L、Total phosphorus effluent con centration as low as 0.30mg/L, the COD effluent concentration as low as 9.6mg/L, respectively to surface water environment quality standard Ⅴ,Ⅴ,Ⅲ water dischar ge limits.
