For solving the raw material consumption, environmental pollution and other issues that exist in steam peeling section of dehydrated vegetables work line made by Italy, the equipment in peeling section is replaced by mechanically peeled. According to the process of raw material peeling and the control requirements of equipment operation in this section, the automatic control system was designed and completed in this paper. Choosing atmegal6 as CPU, hardware design is completed. According to the process requirements a program is done to realize system functions. Through real run in the line, the sequential control can achieved, the product and quality of raw material peeled can be controlled according to production requirements.Main contents of the paper to complete are as follows:1. Analysis the mechanical structure of the control object and familiar with the process of the mechanical peeling. According to the characteristics of the control object and process requirements, develop design parameters and control program of the control system;2. Atmegal6 is selected as the CPU, complete the motherboard and interface circuit designing, draw the schematic and design the PCB. Manufacture, process and complete the soldering and the testing of circuit board;3. Compile the program and realize the system functions according to the production process requirements. The main contents includes program of the main algorithm, peeling, interrupt service, key processing, displaying, data processing and storage;4. Install and debug the finished control system on site and adjust the control parameters.The result of on-site operating shows that the controller completes the work of raw material peeled according to the requirements of the process and achieves the requirements of the system performance. After online operation, the control system meets the need of work line production process.
