Piperine have stronger Biological activity and widely pharmacological effects, has been found to have effects of immunomodulatory,anti-tumor, anti-depressant, anti-oxidation, so with these medical value piperine have great potential applications at home and abroad. In recent years, extensive use of piperine has become a necessity with the development of the function of piperine. But now piperine on the market are artificial extract from pepper plants,e.g black pepper,and the content of piperine in these plants is very low so that the output of piperine is constraints by production of plants and local climatic factors, these factors have contributed to the high market value of piperine, thus generating a suitable industrial organic synthesis route becomes inevitable.In this paper, three theoretically route can be used to synthesize piperine which were obtained by a review of relevant literature and information:synthesize piperine by wittig-horner reaction; synthesis piperine by Grignard reaction;use phase transfer catalytic to synthesize piperine.In this paper, these three routes were tested in the laboratory, test data and the problems that exist in the test were collected, appropriate solutions proposed and completed in the laboratory by a review of relevant information and literature.Taking into account the factors of the market value, some raw material were replaced by laboratory synthesis and laboratory medicine that cheap and easy to get used when designing the synthetic route of piperine. This reduces the test cost to a certain extent, but it may cause some impact to the test, resulting in failure.In this paper, the piperine were successfully synthesized by wittig-horner reaction, the pilot program was optimized on this basis, in order to get an organic synthesis route suitable for industrial production that raw material cheap, easy to get, low pollution, operational and have high yields. While the other two routes did not succeed, the paper also optimized procedure has been successfully carried out, analysis of the reasons for the failure to provide a reference to future work.
