| With the rapid development of economy in our country, forging machinery industry as the basis of the equipment manufacturing industry, has made considerable progress. Due to the high efficiency, strong versatility, good parts size accuracy, the screw press has been most widely used in forging equipment, especially the application of the metal’s cold,thermoplastic forming.Research on the force and energy relations is an important part in the structural analysis of a screw press. As well as forging hammer blow theory, it reflects relationship among the strike force, energy and machine parameters. Appropriate using research results of the force and energy, not only can improve the processing quality of forgings and economic benefits, but also have important guiding significance for the safe operation for the rational use of screw press, the automatic detection and control of the forging equipment, the high efficiency, etc.In the process of forging, the relationship between the force and energy mainly depends on the blank shape size, material, mold form, temperature and so on. Various parts’ energy of the screw press is used to calibrate force, compared with the traditional strain measurement system, which can avoid the error of measurement caused by eccentric load and environmental interference, making the system more accurate.Based on the analysis of hydraulic screw press structure characteristics, this article has carried on the detailed expression about the operating principle and the forging process of equipment and the method of ring upsetting is applied to the process of hydraulic screw press force calibration. It also introduces the present situation of force measurement,theoretical calculation method and common force measurement technology.Firstly, this article uses Solidworks software to make 3D entity modeling of JTLY6300 hydraulic screw press to calculate the rotational inertia of the moving parts; Then therelationship of force and energy among various parts of the screw press is analyzed and deduces the measurement formula of force; Secondly, simulate the ring upsetting process through the numerical simulation software DEFORM, analysis the friction coefficient,force, circle diameter, height between each phase of history and calibrate force of laboratory equipment.This method can measure hydraulic screw press force very accurately, the error is small.It can improve the product quality and the economic benefits of enterprises, and have a guiding significance for practical production. |
