This paper explores the effects of ultrasound on fluid, and carries out the research of ultrasonic heavy oil viscosity reduction technology to solve the urgent demand of heavy oil cold pipeline project in the oil field. This paper underlines to explore the action mechanism of crude oil viscosity decline, and the impact on the performance of different ultrasonic parameters when the ultrasonic has effects on crude oil. Based on that, the experimental research on the ultrasonic action effect is developed, and the orthogonal test is designed based on the effect factor. Moreover, associated classification analysis is conducted out on the basis of the test, and the optimal combination of impact factors of ultrasonic viscosity reduction is summarized. This paper develops a system of ultrasonic radiation. The system includes ultrasonic power supply, which can control the frequency and power, piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic action platform, etc. The ultrasonic supply designed by myself has a lot of advantages, such as big power, adjustable frequency, controllable power, high power factor and low energy consumption, etc. The piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer with big power has higher efficiency of mechanical and electrical conversion. The whole system works stably and satisfies the test requirement.Through these carried research work, it summarizes some ultrasonic effect theory basis, which can be provided for practical engineering reference. It also accumulates some design experience about the large power equipment by the design and manufacture of this indoor ultrasonic system, arid provides the design basis for subsequent laboratory to carry out the large field of heavy oil viscosity reduction system.
