With the application of nuclear energy and the development of nuclear technology, the nuclide pollut ion has become an increasingly serious problems to be solved. Strontium, cesium, uranium is relatively common and bigger nuclide pollutants. Phytoremediation has wide application prospect, which is currently one of green, economic and effective repair technologies. This article study on secondary repair about soil of strontium, cesium, uranium(pollution concentration were 227.47 mg·kg-1, 234.90 mg·kg-1, 485.00 mg·kg-1 respectively) pollution, with the way of simulated radionuclide stability of isotope. Study the biological effect of nuclide of plant and plant enrichment capability of nuc lide, screening plants that have a good patience and enrichment ability of strontium, cesium, uranium,with Amaranthus retrof lexus L., Iresine herbst ii ‘Aureo-reticulata’ and Chenopodium album and other 16 different genera plants; Research on whether the five factors influence the Ipomoea aquat ica and C ichorium intybus L. repair abilit y or not; using orthogonal rotation design of 5 factors 5 levels about soil, uranium concentration, N, P, K fertilizers. Research the influence about seeding and regeneration of Cichorium intybus L., with the different concentrations of C u, Zn, Mn, Mo, B under different uranium contaminated soil. The purpose of this study is to screen plants have good patience and repairing effect on strontium and cesium, uranium polluted soil, fertilizer types and dosage which work well in strengthening phytoremediation pollut ion soil, and to provide theoretical basis and methods for uranium contaminated soil..The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Different plants have different repair abilit ies of 88 Sr, 133 Cs, and 238 U. According to the patience and enrichment content, Beta vulgaris var. cicla, Iresine herbst ii ‘Aureo-reticulata’, Amarant hus retrof lexus L. can be used as repair plants about strontium polluted soil, the content respectively were 363.57 mg·kg-1, 91.87 mg·kg-1, 75.80 mg·kg-1, 65.42 mg·kg-1. Beta vulgaris var. cicla, Amaranthus retroflexus L., Cichorium int ybus L., Iresine herbstii ‘Aureo-reticulata’, Chenopodium album can be used as repair plants about cesium polluted soil, the content were 12706.5 mg·kg-1, 8429.44 mg·kg-1, 7744.50 mg·kg-1, 6118.09 mg·kg-1, 5930.65 mg·kg-1. Rum ex acetosa, Bidens pilosa, Xanthium sibiricum, Helianthus annuus can be used as repair plants about uranium polluted soil, the content were 363.57 mg·kg-1, 91.87 mg·kg-1, 75.80 mg·kg-1, 65.42 mg·kg-1.(2) By using N, P, K, different plants have quite different effect on uranium enrichment in different soil, concentrations of 238 U contamination. There are not significant efforts on C ichorium int ybus L. leaf 238 U content and TF under use of N, P, K. It is similar to Ipom oea aquat ic individual plant 238 U content under use of P, K. But It is a significant negative impact on using of N. Adding 300 mg N per kg soil, uranium content of Ipomoea aquatic reduces 9.789 mg·kg-1.(3)Effects on enrichment of 238 U in Cichorium intybus L. are different according the type and amount of trace elements. There are maximum e ffect on its seedlings under C u 40 mg·kg-1 reduce 150 mg·kg-1238 U concentration. C omparing with CK, it reduces 50.87%.There are maximum effect on its regeneration under Zn 100 mg·kg-1 reduce 100 mg·kg-1 238 U concentration. Similarly, it reduces 61.52%. And there are maximum effect on its seedlings and regeneration under B 50mg·kg-1 increased 50 mg·kg-1 238 U concentration. Comparing with CK, it respectively increase 186.53% and 80.69%.Therefore, in order to effectively improve the remediation results in practice, we can choose appropriate repair plant according to the soil pollut ion of nuc lide types, take the appropriate type and quantity of fertilizer according to soil type and concentration under uranium contamination. Meanwhile, the regeneration seedlings of Cichorium intybus L. have strong renewable repair capacity, it can once sown harvest times to reduce costs and improve efficiency of repair.
