With the improvement of people’s living standard,they care more about the the fruit and vegetable food quality and its nutritional value.The puffed fruits and vegetables can not only keep nutrients and crispy,but also include no additive or heavy metal.At present,most enterprises in China use the interval type puffing devices.The automatic control degree of these devices is low and they can not complete continuous production from feeding to puffing and discharge of the raw material.Besides,lower precision results in severe waste of raw materials,poor puffing product quality and low production efficiency.The research on continuous fruit and vegetable puffing device and its control system is an effective way to solve this problem.Firstly, the structure of traditional intermittent expansion device is improvedt and optimized.The continuous puffing device for fruit and vegetable can be divided into fruit and vegetable conveying mechanism,vacuum puffing tank heating storehouse and cooling discharging system several parts.To ensure the rationality of the design parameters,entity modeling and finite element analysis of the expansion devices are completed by taking using of Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYS.Secondly, control system of the continuous puffing device for fruit and vegetable is completed which includes:the design of power supply module,the design of main circuit electric control system,PLC I/O address allocation and its hardware configuration.Besides,using the method of modularization and structured programming and S7-300 series PLC as control core,the all tasts will be divided into different function or function block.The programs in respective modules are written in the STEP 7 software and be debugged by the PLCSIM simulation software.Lastly,the desing of continuous fruit and vegetable bulking monitoring and control system is completed by Win CC.The design of the monitoring system is completed in unified platform of fully integrated automation way that the Win CC man-machine monitoring is integrated in SIMATIC manager.To optimize interval type puffing device function and ensure the rationality of the design parameters,we improve its structure and by using finite element Ansys/Workbench for important structure finite element analysis.The continuous puffing control system and PC monitoring system are be completed by the way of TIA.The results of this research can be widely used for fruit and vegetable puffing device production industry and its application value is considerable.
