Ultrahigh-strength steel generally means structural steel whose strength is higher than 1400MPa and which simultaneously has appropriate ductility. It is useful for manufacturing the stressed structural parts in aviation industry. With the continuous improvement of aircraft performance, for the used structural materials, the higher requirement is raised. Only the material whose overall performance is good can meet the requirements of design.Aircraft landing gear is one of the most importantly stressed components. For the critically stressed components, ultrahigh-strength steel is chosen to manufacture. High strength and ductility of ultrahigh-strength steel make its machining be more difficult than other general materials. The subject of article is related to researching milling parameter and tool for a new kind of structural parts of landing gear ultrahigh-strength anti-corrosion steel.The article mainly researches cutting force and cutting temperature of ultrahigh-strength anti-corrosion steel, and researches worn condition of coating hard alloy tool during cutting. Finally, in combination with the above research results, according to typical structure of partial part, optimize cutting parameter of typical position to efficiently improve the machined efficiency.
