In order to accurately calculate properties of aluminized explosives underwater explosion and the damage effects on structures, in this paper, the numerical study of typical aluminized explosives underwater explosion has been done by the use of dynamics FEA(Finite Element Analysis) code AUTODYN, combined with structural dynamic response analysis code ABAUQS, dynamic response of underwater cylindrical shells subjected to blast loads of aluminized explosives has been researched. First, with the typical aluminized explosive H-6 as the object, the influence of aluminum reaction model for calculations of aluminized explosives underwater explosion shock wave is studied, for the near field Aluminized explosive shock wave, calculations by standard JWL equation of state are in good agreement with the actual values, joining the aluminum reaction model into JWL-Miller equation of state makes the simulation of far field aluminized explosive shock wave attenuation characteristics more accurately; The simulation of H-6 explosive bubble pulsation is carried out by the use of JWL-Miller equation of state, simulation results and actual values are in good agreement, miller added items to some extent reflects the secondary reaction exothermic of aluminum to support the bubble energy; Upon completion of the simulation study of shock wave and bubble pulse of aluminized explosives underwater explosion, shock wave characteristics of three RDX-based aluminized explosion is calculated by AUTODYN, combined with ABAQUS the dynamic response of cylindrical shell subjected to far field blast waves of aluminized explosives was discussed, and the failure characteristics and response of cylindrical shells subjected to blast waves of various aluminized explosives are contrasted and analyzed; Finally, aluminized explosive H-6 is taken for instance to simulate the dynamic response of a cylindrical shell subjected to field aluminized explosive blast and bubble loads, analysis of the effect of different loads for structure damage is made, the results have a certain significance for the formulation of underwater weapons charge and the ship antiknock performance research.
