Objective : As a global organic pollutant, plasticizer(Phthalic acid esters, PAEs)would result in grave damage to human body health, affect the genetic, neural,reproduction and development after long-term exposure. Existing conventional detection methods for the detection of plasticizer are expensive, complicated,time-consuming and low efficient, which are not suitable for on-site rapid detection.As a hot research area, Surface- Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) can quickly and accurately identify the target molecules in complicated system, and could be a well candidate for plasticizer detection. However, ordered homogeneity, enhanced detection sensitivity and well reproducibility are still highly demanded for the design of SERS labels.Methods:Adopt heating polyol reduction of high length to diameter ratio of silver nanowires, scatter silver nanowires in DMF/CHCl3 mixed organic solvent volume ratio of 1:1, using LB assembly technology, through the study of the accurate dynamic regulation of surface tension, the disordered silver nanowires assemble into orderly and directional arrangement of membrane structure, to optimize and film-forming condition. Used to make the network cross the multilayer film used as SERS detection active substrate.Results:Polyols heating reduction preparation of silver nanowires length can reach 10 um, about 60 nm in diameter, and the synthetic yield of above 90%, can be long-term preservation, a preparation used hundreds of times of SERS detection to meet demand.LB assembly of silver nanowires highly ordered structure, when the surface tension hit 10 m N/m, silver film forming effect is best. Overlapping layers of network structure of paper-based orderly film cutting, simple to carry, easy to store, used in R6 G as SERS detection of molecular detection experiments testing the excellent enhancement effect. Take advantage of the basement membrane activity in severalkinds of phthalic acid esters plasticizer used in SERS detection, the result is good.Conclusions:Polyols heating reduction high length-diameter ratio of the preparation of silver nanowires, assembled into thin films by LB assembly technology, used as SERS enhancement can base applied to detection of plasticizer, has a good application prospect.
