With the rapid development of petroleum industry in our country at present, growing demand for crude oil, under construction and has built a large number of vertical storage tanks to guarantee normal strategic oil reserve in our country.However due to the large domestic oil tank foundation design and construction technology is not mature, at the beginning of the construction and put into operation a tank settlement and uneven settlement, resulting in large storage tanks.Seriously affect the safety and normal operation of tanks.So for large storage tanks uneven settlement regularity and rectifying reinforcement technology research has practical significance.Based on a specific rectifying tank reinforcement project, this paper mainly USES the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test conducted a series of large oil tank foundation uneven settlement regularity and rectifying reinforcement technology research.Tilt the key influence factors is analyzed by inhomogeneity of ground strata.Mainly reflected in the miscellaneous fill soil and loess powder clay thickness is inconsistent, soil quality changes in the field, geological defects, etc.With the large finite element software COMSOL 9500 cubic meters of oil tanks is established ring wall foundation and foundation model.Analysis of the large oil tank in the water filling preloading stages deformation characteristics of foundation, water filling to 1/2, uneven settlement of tank foundation shallow, embodied in the south of tank;Deep bowl is uniform settlement. A maximum foundation settlement is located in the center position at the bottom of the tank. Combined with field passive tank uneven settlement rule, settlement of groove landing and active level cut hole construction technology, rectify deformation control measures for the foundation of the centralizer.At the same time in the oil tank foundation differential settlement when meet the specification requirements of sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement.Through field test to determine the best set of shell material proportioning ratio of cement, clay: water= 1:1.6:1.9,3 days ages compressive strength of 0.32 MPa.Grouting material with strength grade level for the P.O 42.5 R ordinary Portland cementUse-sodium silicate double liquid quick-setting cement slurry, sleeve valve pipe adopt segmented grouting construction technology for many times, strictly control the strata grouting pressure and grouting amount, take the water filling test for grouting effect test, over 25 days field monitoring data according to maximum differential settlement tank back to 136.76 mm specification requirements (168 mm).To obtain the very good effect.And has the important reference value for future oil tank design.
