Various structures of the complexes can provide material with special properties has been paid more and more attention by many researchers. Especially in the field of biomedical materials applications, gadolinium and dysprosium complexes are as T1, T2 contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging performance because of its superior performance become the hotspot. And how to improve the contrast effect of gadolinium and dysprosium complexes as T1, T2 contrast agent becomes a research focus.Given the current to improve the contrast effects of complex theory were insufficient molecular design of the study, in order to study the factors which influence the impact complexes as contrast agents for magnetic resonance angiography results in molecular design, this paper selected the presence of a single variable between two different numbers carboxyl, different chain lengths, different positions carboxyl carboxylate ligands. By coordinating role carboxylate anion and metal complexes synthesized dozens represe ntative. In each test which 21 complexes and their corresponding sodium salts, carboxylic acid IR spectral data the magnetic resonance imaging data were tested under 0.5T magnetic field. In this paper, a preliminary analysis by infrared data of different complexes 21 complexes which differ in structure and different magnetic resonance imaging may lead to different results, combined with the complex of gadolinium and dysprosium SBM theory and OS theory in which different structural When the number of carboxyl groups, different chain lengths, in different positions of carboxyl acid ligands, different reasons of magnetic resonance imaging effect. In summary, this paper designed and synthesized 21 different complexes on structures, received some preliminary info rmation about the complex structure characterization by IR, NMR imaging results with material characterization by magnetic resonance imaging in combination SBM theory and OS theory, different chain lengths, Different groups under magnetic resonance imaging complex situations for different reasons. At the same time the research data gives some suggestions designed complex used for the contrast agent.
