In our country, the main energy is coal, the coal mining safety is extremely important. Safety for coal industry forever in the first place. Gas explosion, the collapse of coal seam, dust explosion, ooze water, coal seam spontaneous combustion, such as to coal mining safety brought great threat. The gas explosion is particularly prominent. Solve the problem of gas outburst and explosion, must strengthen the monitoring of gas monitoring. As a detection sensor is directly related to coal mine safety monitoring system reliability and sensitivity of the monitoring plays a decisive role. However carrier catalytic element in our country for a long time due to the effect of production process and technology, there has been a short service life, work, poor stability and adjusting the correction of the frequent faults, severely restricts the mine gas accurate detection effectively, compared with similar foreign sensor (black and white element) gap is larger.For more than the disadvantage of gas concentration detector, this paper designed the mine optical fiber methane monitoring system based on laser technology. This system has a multi-channel, high precision, fast response time, calibration cycle is long, long life and other advantages, will gradually replace the previous gas detector. The system USES a fast and accurate laser spectral absorption detection technology. Adopted the 1653nm wavelength of DFB laser as light source, on the basis of the coupler structures, the light path, the optical fiber as transmission medium, S3C2440 microprocessor as the microprocessor monitoring system, using photoelectric detector, amplifier circuit and A/D signal collection and processing. Based on S3C2440 microprocessor, the design of the power circuit, light source modulation circuit, automatic gain circuit, photoelectric conversion circuit, data acquisition circuit and other hardware circuit; On the basis of the coupler design required for methane detection optical path; Using the serial port server and optical transceiver convert 232 signals for the network or optical signal, using coal mine switches or complete data transmission cable. Using the least squares fitting method and quadratic curve algorithm calculating methane gas concentration. In this paper, the mining fiber methane monitoring system experiment and accuracy, the stability of the gas results show that fiber based on spectrum absorption principle of mine methane monitoring system has higher accuracy and stability. The country is to develop the Internet of things, and the Internet of things is the basis of the sensor network, the development of new intelligent sensor networking has the vital significance of development of coal mine safety. Mine optical fiber methane monitoring system of mine gas for domestic coal mining enterprises to better early warning and detection will bring equipment upgrades, technological innovation will greatly reduce the gas accidents, for coal mine safety production play a more important role.
