The vertical shaft hoisting system, known as "transportation throat", its played a crucial role in coal mining. And one of the most important parts of mine hoisting system was the cradle. Cradle joined an important "bridge" during hoisting equipment in the cage and yard tracks. The role of shaking cradle in vertical shaft hoisting system was in the well head replacement the harvesters and personnel inside the cage,and it was a receiving device of cars transported track rail linked with the cage, it was an important guarantee for personnel and materials transportation bottlenecks during cage hoisting. There had many problems of coal using shaking cradle: 1、when in and out of the cars, because of rocker arm lifted movements frequently and poor stability,it had high accident rate, and consumption of homework for a long time, promoted efficiency is low etc; 2、there was no better hold cage device when cage speeded drops in the wellbore, and easy dun cage accidents happen; 3、after stopped cage, when in and out of the cars, the cage with the terminal load change shook the amount is larger,easily deformed or damaged when the cage under attacked. Therefore, coal transported to satisfy the high efficiency, transport safety was becoming more important, especially human security is more value in the vertical transport at existing mines, the development of a new type of cradle has an important practical significance.In this paper, for the above problems of the cradle, mainly researched it as following:Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cradle at home and abroad,designed a kind of mechanical and electrical integration of liquid automatic hydraulic damping in supporting cage hydraulic cradle- automatically change layer damping of cage cradle.Studied the supporting cage of cradle changed layers and compensation principle,designed the overall structure of the device. To create the mechanical calculation model of the automatically change layer damping of cage cradle 、 designed the hydraulic system and selected its key components、set up the PLC control system,and to solve the vertical shaft automatic layer damping support cage change existing of the cradle stopped cages not accurate when using.Used the 3D design software Pro/E, completed the holder cage of 3D modeling parts of the cradle, and virtual assembly. And put the whole device as the research object in the ANSYS Workbench and finited element analysis of the shaking cradle,verified the parts are to satisfy the design requirements.This topic researched and developed of automatic changing layer damping of cage cradle, its function can automatically changed layer, and to steady cage smoothly,and effectively solve the cage in and out of the car shaking and the problem of the cage is inconvenient for change layer. The device with simple structure 、 and convenient maintenance, and its design conforms to the requirements of modern coal mining. Its has a very good market prospects.
