In the process industry, more than 90% of the process equipment belongs to pressure equipment. In order to prevent accidents pressure equipment, non-destructive testing be necessary is very important. Metal magnetic memory testing technology as a new non-destructive testing technology that can detect early minor defects and stress concentration, there are many advantages can’t be compared to other detection methods. However, the present magnetic memory testing techniques are still many problems to be solved, the magnetic memory testing method to detect activity in the actual pressure of the device is only as an aid in detection methods, which in actual inspection of pressure equipment applications are still many problems to be studied.Aiming at these problems, combined with the characteristics and common cases of pressure equipment detected experimentally way to explore the pressure equipment commonly used ferromagnetic material in different tensile stress state magnetic memory signal changes, pressure equipment common defects stress relations with the defect signal centralized state, as well as some interference factors on magnetic memory testing in the actual inspection. The main contents are as follows:(1) The analysis of the situation in the surface of the sample under different stress signal leakage magnetic field changes, to study the surface of the sample maximum magnetic field vertical component hp maximum position (y) gradient k, had a relationship with the stress concentration zero position, and indicates stress concentration area metal stress-the value of the degree of deformation and deformation capacity uneven state of the magnetic parameter m stress increases as circumstances change.(2) by simulating typical defects of the tensile test specimens containing artificial defects, the researchers stress concentration artificial defect state magnetic memory testing parameters corresponding relationship of artificial defects in magnetic memory expansion process parameters were compared.
