N- heterocyclic carbene ligands have many advantages: conjugate strong, structural modification is easy, inexpensive and easy to prepare and so on. These advantages make the N- heterocyclic carbene ligand either as metal coordination chemistry and organometallic catalytic reaction, or as a catalyst for the direct catalytic reaction of small molecules, have been widely used. Therefore, the synthesis of stable and has high catalytic activity N- heterocyclic carbene catalyst has important theoretical and practical value.Our group has been working on N- heterocyclic carbenes, firstly reported copper- aza carbene(C u-NHC) Synthesis of α- amino acid [57]. This dissertation in order to design and synthesis of N- heterocyclic carbene ligands, discusses the different types of reaction mechanism of N- heterocyclic carbene catalyzed imine for synthesis of α- amino acid. While expanding its application, and successfully applied to the catalytic synthesis of diaryl ketones. The main work includes the following two aspects: First, the synthesis and catalytic mechanism of the new N- heterocyclic carbene precursors: We designed a series of imidazolium salt, imidazolinium salt, benzimidazole salt, the new five- membered dithiazoleacetic salt, salt chiral three imidazole nitrogen other new heterocyclic carbene ligands, Finally synthesized 23 novel heterocyclic carbene precursor, wherein the new compound 3, these compounds are obtained 1H NMR, characterization 13C NMR, HR-MS spectrum of the like. Then we designed using NMR methods on the part of the catalytic mechanism of the compound were studied and discussed. Second, the new N- heterocyclic carbene palladium-catalyzed applications: New synthetic heterocyclic carbene(NHC) ligands and palladium metal complexes Synthesis get 18 diaryl ketones. Where three new compounds, all compounds were obtained 1H NMR, characterization 13 C NMR, HR-MS and other spectrum.
