Giant forging hydraulic press is the core equipment which was widely used in aerospace, marine, automotive and power industry key components manufacturing, it is the important embodiment of a national defense industry’s and heavy machinery manufacturing’s level and ability. With the rapid promotion of economic and industry level in our country, the existing giant forging hydraulic press has been unable to satisfy the needs of the moment, we need the new hydraulic press with larger press, higher precision and quality requirements. Therefore, the research and development of high-performance large-tonnage giant forging hydraulic press now becomes an urgent demand.In this paper the synchronous rectification problems of the giant die forging hydraulic press is mainly considered and researched in-depth based on hydraulic machine synchronous system control and control strategy of the domestic and foreign literatures. The giant forging hydraulic press moving beam is prone to tilt during its working process, meanwhile, because of the large inertia, large flow rate, delay, time-varying and strong nonlinear characteristics makes difficult for the rectification, and so, the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve good control effect. Therefore, in this paper, the giant forging hydraulic working principle and body structure are researched and analyzed in-depth, the mathematical model of synchronous balancing system was established, including moving beam force analysis and mathematical model, synchronous hydraulic cylinder mathematical model and mathematical model of proportional valve and then the parameter is given; The neuron PID control of hydraulic press has be studied, including the control theory of neurons, neuron PID controller structure design, neuron control rules and control implement, then get the simulation results for various conditions; Meanwhile, the fuzzy PID control of the hydraulic press also has be researched, including the introduction to the theory of fuzzy control, fuzzy PID controller design and control implement, and get the simulation results for various conditions. The fuzzy PID control strategy with better control performance to the hydraulic machine control requirements, based on the analysis of the two kinds of intelligent control simulation results above; Finally, the experiment has be carried on, the experimental results show that the correctness of the established mathematical model and the effectiveness of the designed control strategy.
