The research is based on Yitong River, it simulates the dynamics of water by using MIKE software to the speed and further calculation of the river in order to calculate the capacity of river pollution. To research the capacity of dynamic water pollution source from the hydrological changes of the river.Model simulation computing about Xinlicheng reservoir as the main source of Yitong River in Changchun City, theresult of the research is much lower than the measured of the river flow. For the local research of the river or the flow rate of a certain water area, it should adjust the parameters of the model according to the real conditions to avoid the change of the complicated water conditions. The simulation results of the MIKE11 model parameters is much similar with the actual monitoring values, which basically accorded with the real situation.In the process of the capacity verification, it’s an important parameters for the designed flow rate. Even though other parameters remain the same, it is only the change of the design flow will obviously influnce the calculation value of the pollution capacity. Changchun City Yitong River, Nong’an County, Dehui City Agricultural water upstream water quality objectives are class III, this area of the water quality objectives is V, it’s suitable to carry large quantities of pollutants, the plentiful period of the water is abundant, therefore it’s capacity is more obvious than that of the normal water period and low water period. Nong’an County of Yitong River, Dehui city agriculture, this area of the water quality objectives is V. this section of the water quality objective is the type IV. the water function zone is for degradation of pollutants in the transition region. In the period of abundant water,flow speed, dilution and degradation of pollutants is greater than normal water period and low water period, to compared with the upstream water function zone, the functional areas of the assimilative capacity is too small.As for The Yitong River in Changchun City in the lower reach, 80% of the water flow is from urban sewage and sewage treatment plant effluent, the quality of the water is bad V category all the year round, the amount of pollutants into the river has been far greater than the pollutant carrying capacity, the river does not have the potential to continue to sewage, It’s important to limit the total amount of sewage.Through the research of the Yitong River capacity of dynamic changes, to provide the technical basis for the management of water quality and for riparian zone industrial layout planning and provides reference for the design. Yitong River is the second Songhua River and two tributaries, it flows through Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province, to carry out the research of Yitong River area of urban rivers in Jilin Province plays the guidance and exemplary role.
