In this paper, the Bovine serum albumin(BSA), Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) and the Human serum albumin(HSA) regarded as target molecules are detected by the melamine(MEL) and some similar compounds such as Cyanuric acid(CYA), Uric acid(UA), Allopurinol(ALLO), Xanthine(XA) and Hypoxanthine(HX). Whether these compounds and the bimolecular exist interaction is the main purpose of this paper. After proving the interactions between them, we further investigate such interactions between the bimolecular and the melamine(MEL) as well as some similar compounds, which have the very important significance for understanding their metabolic process in the organism and biological effects. It is well known the construction of the bimolecular plays a crucial role in the interaction between these compounds and the bimolecular. With the rapid progress of modern science and technology, the degree of bimolecular study has been transmitted from general expressive science to probing specific chemical structure of molecular. The most basic living substance in living body is proteins and nucleic acid and the two major components play an important role in organisms and the life activities. The DNA molecular acts as the decisive role in the biological evolution process, while the protein such as BSA, HSA is the direct expression of these genetic traits. So the research of proteins and nucleic acid directly involves many contents studied in this paper. The methods of fluorescent spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectrum, viscosity and gel-electrophoresis are utilized to study the respective interaction of MEL and its analogues with BSA, HSA and DNA. This paper mainly contains three parts as following:1. This part mainly studies the interaction mechanism between the CYA, UA and BSA and then obtains that the CYA and UA for BSA molecular fluorescence quenching is static quenching mechanism after calculation. And that the CYA and the UA interact with the BSA by the different way respectively, obtained by the method of circular dichroism spectrum. Furthermore, we know the interaction mechanism between the compounds MEL, CYA and the target molecule BSA by studying the effect between them and that know the etiopathogenisis of MEL metabolism in human body then forming the kidney stones coming to cause kidney damage. In addition, this experiment also studies the CYA and the UA interacting with the BSA in different temperature and degree and some factors of the influence of human physiological function.2. The interaction between the compounds MEL, CYA, UA and the target molecule DNA is observed by the methods of fluorescent spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectrum, viscosity and the gel-electrophoresis. Because the fluorescence intensity of DNA is particularly weak, researchers test it by fluorescent probe method at present. In this experiment, we chose the Berberine hydrochloride(BR) as fluorescent probe. The BR possesses many advantages and effectively combined with DNA by intercalation mode. By calculation, we conclude that the MEL, CYA and UA for DNA molecular fluorescence quenching is static quenching mechanism and study the binding form of MEL, CYA and UA for DNA by circular dichroism spectrum, viscosity and the gel-electrophoresis.3. In this part, we investigate the interaction between MEL and HSA and find MEL for DNA molecular fluorescence quenching is static quenching mechanism. The binding form of MEL and HSA is studied by the circular dichroism spectrum. Under the circumstance of the ALLO, XA and HX existing in human body, the condition that human accidentally received MEL leading to some serious consequence is researched by the interaction between these three substances and MEL. This experiment researches such interaction by the methods of fluorescent spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and calculation understanding its mechanism and the effects of patients with gout.We hope the MEL and some similar compounds mentioned in this paper can provide some valuable information for the field of renal injury, gout and so on.
