By simulative method, this paper studied the effects of Cadmium(Cd), chlorimuron-ethyl, and their combination on the invertase, urease, and three kinds of phosphatase activity in meadow burozem. The influence of Cd on kinetic parameters of urease were also studied. It aimed to provide the theory references for setting up the system of enzymatic measurement to heavy metal and pesticide pollution and the soil enzymatic remediation.Results showed that the effects of chlorimuron on soil invertase and urease were generally activated, and the varying extents of urease and invertase were-1.73% ~ 5.67% and 3.07% ~ 20.02%, respectively. The acidic, neutral and alkaline phosphotase activities were all decreased expect individual concentrations. The inhibition rate on acidic, neutral and alkaline phosphatase by chlorimuron-ethyl was 5.28% ~ 17.92%, 0.72% ~ 1.43% and 8.95% ~ 20.60%, respectively. The influence of chlorimuron- ethyl on the activities of invertase, urease, acid phosphatase and neutral phosphatase was weak and the regularity was not obvious. The relationship between concentrations of chlorimuron-ethyl and alkaline phosphatase activity can be used described by logarithmic equations significantly(p < 0.05).Soil displayed a general variability of sensibility to Cd in the order listed with urease being more sensitive than other enzymes. The invertase, urease, acidic, neutral and alkaline phosphotase activites were decreased except individual concentrations, and the inhibition rate was 1.20% ~ 5.20%, 12.28% ~ 41.68%, 1.04% ~ 7.46%, 11.31% ~ 28.64% and 4.17% ~ 36.65% respectively. Variance analysis showed that individual Cd treatment have obvious difference on the control group of acidic and neutral phosphatase activities, and the difference between Cd concentration and the control group of invertase, urease and alkaline phosphotase was significantly or markedly significantly except a few treatment. There was a significantly or markedly significantly logarithmic correlation between the concentration of Cd and invertase, urease, acidic and alkaline phosphotase except acidic phosphotase.There was different level of interactive effect of Cd and chlorimuron-ethyl. The interactive effect was antagonistic generally.The relationship between Cd and the value of Km, Vmax and Vmax /Km showed negative effects.This phenomenon conforms to typical uncompetitive inhibition.
