High temperature and high salinity reservoir widely distributed, to ensure the continued growth of China’s crude oil production, strengthen critical high temperature and high salinity reservoir oil recovery technology is significant to maximum increase recoverable reserves and maintain a relatively high oil production rate Zhongyuan oilfield reservoir high salinity, a high salt oil field, development is difficult. In order to improve oil field waterflood development, make full use of existing resources and increase recoverable reserves, mining design a reasonable program of great significance to improve the oil production fields. This article is intended to apply to the Zhongyuan oilfield of Ming 15 block surfactant formulations of flooding.Through a lot of literature research, primaries Daqing Petroleum sulfonate、 dodecyl benzene sulfonicN sodium lauryl sulfate、 myristyl betaine、NNR, W9510、 OP-10、TW-80 eight surfactants. By solubility experiments in Zhongyuan oilfield simulated formation water filter out that myristy1 betaine、NNR、W9510、OP-10、TW-80 five good surfactants solubility, Three kinds of anionic surfactant of Daqing Petroleum sulfonate、dodecyl benzene sulfonic、sodium lauryl sulfate are so easy to dissolve with formation water that the precipitation performance is poor due to their poor salt resistance.By dissolving the good performance of five surfactant oil-water interfacial tension measurements and found the five surfactant solution cannot form the lower crude oil interfacial tension and the Central Plains, it is not suitable for use as a single agent in the area flooding agent.In a single dose of surfactant cannot effectively reduce the interfacial tension of the situation, they can be complex, surfactants study of complex systems. According to the characteristics of various types of surfactants, ionic and anionic-nonionic surfactant compound, anionic and amphoteric surfactant compound, nonionic and anionic surfactant compound, anionic and anionic-nonionic surfactant compound complex system into four categories. The results showed that:non-ionic surfactants NNR and anionic-nonionic surfactant W9510 complex system interface shown good activity, can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension, interfacial tension as low as 4.1×10-3mN/m; petroleum sulfonate anionic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant mixed system myristyl betaine surfactant is preferably water interfacial tension minimum value is 2.3×10-3mN/m. In addition, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and betaine tetradecyl complex system, sodium lauryl sulfate and myristyl betaine complex system, OP-10 and petroleum sulfonate complex system, TW-80 with a petroleum sulfonate complex system, dodecyl benzene sulfonate complex system with W9510、W9510 and petroleum sulfonate complex system, these types of complex interfacial active poor, did not play synergies, reach ultra-low interfacial tension.Finally, more than two good surfactant complex system for performance evaluation, multifaceted study the applicability of the flooding system in Zhongyuan oilfield of Ming 15 block. Including anti-calcium performance evaluation, anti magnesium performance evaluation, performance evaluation emulsifying, foaming performance evaluation, performance evaluation temperature, core flooding evaluation. The study found, NNR and W9510 mixed system, petroleum sulfonate and betaine tetradecyl complex system of anti-calcium, magnesium capacity considerably. Emulsifying properties of petroleum sulfonate and betaine tetradecyl complex system, blistering performance is better than NNR and W9510 complex system, and preferably petroleum sulfonate and betaine tetradecyl complex system temperature performance, NNR and W9510 complex system temperature performance is poor.Through a series of experimental analysis, and ultimately determine myristyl lycine and petroleum sulfonate complex ratio of 3:1,4:1,0.1% of the total concentration as the oil displacement formula is suitable for the Zhongyuan oilfield Ming of 15 block.
