Shuanghe Oilfield River area had been invested in developing in 1977, which had experienced the five stages, the basic well developed, dividing layer system overall adjustment, well primary and secondary encryption adjustment phase, high water-well group. Because of poor injection and production relations, after several adjustments the recovery has improved to some extent in recent years, but the injection situation did not substantially improve, the extent of the use of low permeability reservoirs are still relatively poor, pressure of reservoir is insufficient, low-volume, low efficiency wells have become more and more; The major reservoirs have some of high permeability layers long-term good water, corresponding to high oil production, recovery to a large extent, severe water flooded, low Injection efficiency. The study found, Interlayer interference resulting oil decline was mainly due to the reduction in the course of well operations, In the release to win the title, The upper energy layer to a lower energy productive layer "intrusion", leading to a water-swellable clay and particles from migration and emulsifying blockage and water lock effect and other injuries, leading to reservoir permeability and oil relative permeability is reduced, thereby enabling oil production. This paper mainly focuses on caused mechanism of water locking damage, in detail made oil-water emulsions and mechanism of water locking, through the core flow experiments verify that the internal and external factors of water locking. Through this investigation, respectively, from the rock type, porosity and roared, reservoir pressure and other factors caused the reason of JiangHe and Xia Er Men oil production reduced, and proposed measures to prevent water locking damage. After an extensive literature survey and analysis of influencing factors, For the specific circumstances of Shuang He Oilfield and Xia Er Men oilfield, Recipe waterproof lock treatment agent consisting essentially of based agent+additives+other additives. Through a series of measurements of interfacial tension SATRO, alkyl sulfonate and complex system, and to aid breaking performance evaluation, initially to determine the composition of the waterproof lock treatment agent formulation system is Satro+Alkyl Sulfonate+Methanol+FX-02.To carry out the determination of dynamic interfacial tension between the waterproof lock treatment agent and crude oil, and crude oil emulsion inhibition performance test, and Oil layer compatibility, temperature tolerance studies, hydration expansion and microscopic visualization of flow experiments. Results:waterproof lock treatment agent on the two blocks of emulsified crude oil in more than 75% inhibition rate, and no precipitate formation between Jiang He and Xiaermen formation water, In High salinity, high temperature, the system is stable. In the hot rolling experiment, cuttings recovery of more than 80%, in the micro flow visualization experiment, waterproof lock handle emulsified crude suppression effect is obvious, effectively preventing the water lock lowland production. In the waterproof lock treatment agent system on physical modeling by changing the injection amount, injection pressure, injection method, reaction time on the water lock on physical modeling of post-injection, preferably the optimal injection parameters, the study confirmed that when the design temperature at 70℃, driving pressure of 0.3 MPa, injection volume was 5 PV, waterproof lock treatment agent and formation water mixed together into the formation, the reaction time is more than 20 hours, the permeability of low permeability layer retention rate at 85% the above.
