Acoustic emission technology as a kind of non-contact, real-time, dynamic monitoring method has been applied in the material such as rock, concrete.But now, the research of the acoustic emission technique is applied in the stabilityt of the blocky rock cemented filling is still rare. The blocky rock cemented fill mining method as a new kind of mining method in the mining right now have further applicated in the mine.Therefore, it is very necessary to study AE characteristics of the blocky rock cemented filling and explore the cause of failure by.Through experiments, and the use of the B-value and fractal theory for the blocky rock cemented filling instability failure of AE characteristics processing and analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The rise of B-value and relevant fractal dimension represents a crack in the direction of the orderly development, from small scale of crack extension to the large scale, large scale failure of dominant position. The drop of B-value and relevant fractal dimension represents the crack development of random, uniform and disorder, small scale failure of dominant position.The changes of B-value and relevant fractal dimension in the whole process of uniaxial compression is complex, haven’t obvious signs before failure.(2) The shear failure of blocky rock cemented filling is due to deformation of the two media uncoordinated, shear plane always occur on cementing material rather than stone. And other conditions were not changed, with the increase in the ratio of gray sand, the AE of blocky rock cemented filling is more and more obvious. All of the above description of the acoustic emission signal stone cemented backfill mainly from the destruction of internal cement material. Above suggests that the AE signal of blocky rock cemented filling is mainly from the failure of internal cement materia.(3) Internal stone is encumbrance for the expansion of the crack,lead to The changes of B-value and fractal dimension are nonmonotonously.The change is very complicated.The specimen is difficult to form a complete shear plane after the failure, its failure in the form of complex shear failure, it is difficult to find a significant main crack. |
