A new process of comprehensive hydrolysis desorption of urea effluent is proposed, employing Urea Wastewater deep hydrolysis desorption process and On the annual processing 240000 tons of NH3 containing 5~8 wt%, CO2 5wt%, urea 2wt% urea waste treatment device, Technological process design optimization and eqippments calculation and type selection. The process device comprise a hydrolysis adsorption tower, a condensing absorber, two sets of high efficiency heat exchanger, six pumps (three functioning three backup) and a tank. The heat recovery, operating costs and construction investment has been optimized.practical operation of the device demonstrated that each year 14720 tons NH3,has been recovered NH3 with benefit of 29640000 yuan/year. bottom wastewater of desorption tower with NH3 less than 5 PPm, urea less than 1 PPm can be used as boiler water and other industrial recycling water and water recycling use benefit was 204000 yuan/year, reducing a large amount of nitrogen containing wastewater discharging. Excluding the production cost (3198800 yuan/year) and equipment depreciation expenses (540000 yuan/year), the annual net profit is 26980000 yuan, the success of the new process has been industrially proven.
