Trivalent chromium as glucose tolerance factor GTF axis is indispensable trace element to human and animal, it can regulate effect of insulin and enhance immune function by promoting nutrient metabolism such as protein, carbohydrate and fat in the body, so as to do good to the growth of body. In addition, chromiumas as transition element has abundant color effect, it can add stones different beautiful colors in different crystal field environment. Pearl is precious jewelry which is organic matter of biological mineralization by mollusks, color as an important indicator of evaluating pearl grade has been a research hotspot, however effect of chromium element on Hyriopsis cumingii pearls colors has not been studied yet.Three azole nitrogen combining chromium was synthesized in this study, three azole nitrogen combining chromium injection cause the reaction of Hyriopsis cumingii by the way of simulative immunological stress, then, we systematically conducted the research on three azole nitrogen combining chromium on regulating and controling traits of Hyriopsis cumingii and pearl with process of foodborne transmission by adding three azole nitrogen combining chromium into aquaculture water, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Results of single crystal diffraction analysis showed that, the molecular structuralformula was [Cr(H2O)6][Na2(C8H4N6O8)2]·2H2O, molecular weight was 866, Space group was P-1 and it belonged to triclinic crystal system.The asymmetric unit was consisted of one positive ion of Cr(H2O)6,one sodion, two deprotonation of 1,2,3-three azole nitrogen-4,5-dicarboxylic acid ligand anions and a free water molecule,and three-dimensional supramolecular polymer crystals was self-assembly formed through a large number of hydrogen bonding. Infrared spectroscopic analysis of three azole nitrogen chrome found there existed O-H, N-H bond vibration absorption peak, metal nitrogen bond absorption peaks,carboxyl symmetric vs COO- and asymmetric vas COO- stretching vibration; Thermogravimetric analysis found it had lost two free water molecules when the temperature was below 115°C and lost six bound water molecules with raising the temperature to 180°C, then the degradation product was a mixture of Cr and Na2 O with continuing to raise the temperature for pyrolysis until 400°C. The above was consistent with results of single crystal diffraction analysis.(2) Three azole nitrogen combining chromium influenced physiological metabolism of Hyriopsis cumingii with the method of simulative immunological stress and the main performances were that 10 μg/g three azole nitrogen combining chromium caused the change of serum biochemical indices, enhanced glucose tolerance, promoted synthesis of tissue glycogen and protein,reduced the deposition of fat,enhanced immunity of Hyriopsis cumingii, promoted secretion of nacre. 2.5 μg/g,10 μg/g,40 μg/g three azole nitrogen combining chromium all promoted the total free amino acid of Hyriopsis cumingii to increase markedly and enhanced self-immunity,and effect of 10 μg/g was best. Presumably 10 μg/g three azole nitrogen combining chromium could markedly improve the activity of cysteine sulfinate decarboxylase CSAD, promote both of cysteine and methionine to be turned into taurine at the same time, and this result has been done further research;10 μg/g and 40 μg/g three azole nitrogen combining chromium both markedly reduced the relative content of saturated fatty acids and improved the relative content of unsaturated fatty acids, did good to its nutrition metabolism, promoted growth of Hyriopsis cumingii,and effect of 10 μg/g was better.(3) Three azole nitrogen combining chromium regulated and controlled growth performance and pearl color of Hyriopsis cumingii with process of foodborne transmission, it promoted growth of shell length,shell width and weigth of Hyriopsis cumingii,and effect of 1 mg/L was best. 1 mg/L three azole nitrogen combining chromium markedly decreased content of water and crude fat, increased content of crude protein,protein efficiency and rate of protein deposition in the meat of Hyriopsis cumingii, and had no significant effect on content of ash,then promoted protein deposition of Hyriopsis cumingii. three azole nitrogen combining chromium influenced secretion of nacre, caused structural change of internal surface, then caused and enhanced iridescence of internal surface with process of foodborne transmission, effect of 1 mg/L was best. color of pearl ontology was deepened, layer structure on the surface increased,the arrangement gradually became uniform and dense,1 mg/L three azole nitrogen combining chromiumthe promoted silverly purple surface pearl to be filled with gloss,and effect of layer structure was best,but superficial aragoniteplatelet changed from the best regular hexagon to the worst quadrangle, we deduced that the higher bioavailability of three azole nitrogen combining chromium, the higher rate of protein deposition in organization, the CaM enzyme became more, the activity became stronger, and promoted secretion of organic matrix largely, then color of pearl ontology deepened, but calcium and organic matrix secretion proportion was not uniform,which would lead to the deterioration of superficial shape of aragoniteplatelet.Results of the study showed three azole nitrogen combining chromium had positive effect on the growth of Hyriopsis cumingii and culture of pearls, it could regulate and control pearl color by process of foodborne transmission, new ways will be provided to improve the quality of the freshwater pearl for our country.
