The Study was based on experiments in the laboratory and the evaluation standard was kinds of humic acid content..Through the three actinomycetes fluid mixing volume and inoculation quantity, speed (r/min), fermentation temperature (℃) and fermentation time (days),we can select the appropriate production parameters,and determine the production process with high economic value or qualified products ultimately.The experiment in addition to optimized parts of fermentation parameters,also designed some pretreatments to weathered coal. By crushing grinding, ultrasonic treatment and chemical reaction to study the diameter of weathered coal,chemical agent, ultrasonic power and time on the influence of humic acid content in the weathered coal.We could get some conclusion that under the condition of ultrasonic time positioning 2 min and power positioning 400, add some NH4HCO3 and (NH4) 2HPO4 with different quality ratio can increase the content of humic acid.Compared with former condition, effect of the diameter of weathered coal on the content of humic acid was relatively low.Through the orthogonal test, we optimized some parameters such as the speed, fermentation temperature and fermentation time.,and selected the appropriate fermentation conditions that under the speed positioning 120 r/min, the fermentation temperature positioning 28℃ and the fermentation time positioning 28 days.Under this conditions.the content of humic acid was highest. Through variance analysis concluded that in the process of fermentation of weathered coal, the most significant impact factor is fermentation time in the process of fermentation.In contrast of the sweet sorghum seedling of plant height, fresh weight and seed germination rate.we can draw the conclusion that under the premise of applying quantity in a certain, the huminc acid fertilizer can promote crop growth and development and with the increment of applying fertilizer effect will gradually improve, and chemical fertilizers equivalent effect.
