To explorethe effects of differenttypes ofsoy milkto human health related parameters, this study selected four soy milk research,including autogenous grinding non-transgenic soy milk F,autogenous grinding transgenic milk G, marketed soy milk powder K, marketed soy milk powder M.Through then utritional content of milk is measured, the test cell and animal studies,concludedas follows:1. Different soy milk protein content comparative, autogenous grinding non-transgenic soy milk F was 39.42%> autogenous grinding transgenic milk G was 34.41%> marketed soy milk powder M was 25.42%> marketed soy milk powder K was 12.15%;different soy milk adipose content comparative, autogenous grinding non-transgenic soy milk G was 16.46%> autogenous grinding transgenic milk was 15.58% F> marketed soy milk powder M was 0.44%> marketed soy milk powder K was 0.34%; different soy milk energy values content comparative, autogenous grinding non-transgenic soy milk G was 1285KJ/Kg> autogenous grinding transgenic milk F was 1254 KJ/Kg> marketed soy milk powder M was 1083 KJ/Kg> marketed soy milk powder K was 1047 KJ/Kg.2. Soy milk rich in amino acids and the ratio is more reasonable, in which the amino acid composition of milk from the grinding and were significantly better than the marketed soy milk powder, the amino acid pattern is closer to the standard mode.3. Different soy milk are added in varying degrees, inhibit the proliferation of human colon cancer cells, marketed milk powder compared to autogenous grinding soy milk on the inhibition of human colon cancer cells more obvious, and marketed soy milk powder M on human colon cancer cells inhibition of the most obvious.4. Under normal circumstances, marketed soy milk powder can inhibit human colon cancer cells accumulate lipid droplets, but can not inhibit the soy milk under OA conditions colon cancer cells accumulate lipid droplets.5. Different milk added to make PCNA protein expression were decreased, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of human colon cancer cells in which inhibition of marketed soy milk powder soy milk on human colon cancer cell proliferation better than autogenous grinding, autogenous grinding soy milk powder M on human colon cancer cell proliferation inhibition more apparent.6. Different milk were added to make the ADRP protein expression decreased on human colon cancer cells,inhibited the accumulation of lipid droplets, marketed soy milk powder than autogenous grinding milk of human colon cancer cell inhibition greater accumulation of lipid droplets, where marketed soy milk pink M strongest inhibition.7. Differentsoy milkadded to make the obese and normal mice blood triglyceride(TG) content was significantly lower,content of glucose (GLU)、,total cholesterol (CHOL), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein protein cholesterol (LDL-C)had no significanteffect.8. Milkwereaddeddifferentimpact onobese miceandnormal miceliver,and marketed soy milk powder canbetter protectobese mices tructure and function ofthe liver.9. After different soy milk added,marketed soy bean milk powdercan improve the length and obese mice colon mucosa; autogenous grindingsoy milkdoes not makean impact.
