Oil is known as "industry blood", which plays an important role in the development of a country’s steady economic and good politics. As the world’s major oil fields are in the mid-late production stage, in order to solve the problems in actual mining, to ensure that the oil field production with stable high yield, the world’s major oil producing countries have stepped up efforts in research and development of oil downhole tools. In the process of staged fracturing,fracturing ball play a role in blocking the ball, fracturing ball currently used mostly for steel manufacturing, to ensure that the requirements of its strength when fracturing, however, after fracturing is completed in order to achieve the successful exploitation of oil, need to use the tool to break fracturing balls and packer, this is not only high performance requirements of the drill, but also increases the complexity of underground work process, reducing the rate of oil production. Disintegrating frac balls have split dissolution characteristics, Disintegrating frac balls have split dissolution characteristics, both can satisfy the requirements of its strength when fracturing, but also eliminates the process of using the drill to crush fracturing balls and packers after the fracturing is completed, simplifies the process of underground work, increasing the oil production rate. The research work of this paper are launched mainly based on the characteristics of its dissolution division,and through the active exploration of the dissolution split feature about disintegrating frac balls, promoting the progress in the related field in China, and lays a foundation for further research of the disintegrating frac balls. The detailed research content as follows:(1) Through the study of alloy samples in a fracturing fluid in the reaction to clear the whole process of the experiment, determining a solution which disintegrating frac balls are required to dissolve split and its temperature and concentration.(2) On the basis of understanding knowledge about powder metallurgy, research a method to product alloy samples rapidly and vastly under laboratory conditions, determine the quality of the alloy samples and the time required to split its dissolution.(3) Through dissolved splitting experiments of alloy samples, study reaction conditions of alloy samples which are manufactured by different proportions, determine the material composition of manufacturing disintegrating frac balls, test the rationality of the solution.(4) Through the strength and dissolved splitting experiments of disintegrating frac balls, determine the manufacturing method of disintegrating frac balls in the production of actual production, test the rationality of the material which are manufactured disintegrating frac balls.(5)Through the lnoue experiments and underground experiments of disintegrating frac balls, determine the rationality of center tube end face angle, test the intensity and dissolution characteristics of disintegrating frac balls under laboratory conditions and actual conditions.
