Silicon and Carbon are common in chemistry, trivalent carbon cations are common in organic chemistry, some R3C+ in the solution or solid can be stable. But when producing this way in R3 Si +, it is difficult to get the expected result. The issue has been researched for more than a decade and has been a subject. Researchers also had made a breakthrough in this regard, this article mainly talks the way of using Ph3C[B(C6F5)4] and(Ph3C)2[B12Cl12] to react with silane compounds containing hydrogen, through the comparative analysis for the further research. At the same time this paper also talks the reactivity of the R3Si-K, we replaced the trimethyl silyl group with bulkier di-methyl-tert-butylsilyl group and we synthesized R1Si-MgR2 compound, We used this compound to react with SiCl4(SiBr4). At last we synthesized a new cyclopentasilylane. We also tried to research ligand of stannylane.The research content of this article is divided into the following three parts1. Synthesized from simple structure of the chlorosilane to silane containing hydrogen, using Ph3C[B(C6F5)4] and(Ph3C)2[B12Cl12] to react with silane compounds containing hydrogen.2. Starting from chlorosilane and reacted with 18-Cr-6 to synthesize R3Si-K(18-Cr-6), then adding MgCl2, at last it reacted with SiCl4(SiBr4), we synthesized a new cyclopentasilylane.3. we replaced the trimethylsilyl group with bulkier di-methyl-tert-butylsilyl group and reacted with ligand of stannylane in toluene, we got some preliminary results and we synthesized a new cyclobutylsilylane...
