Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC) is chemically bonded inorganic cementitious materials, also known chemically bonded ceramic material.Gelling properties of magnesium phosphate cement from under acidic conditions to generate phosphate hydrate gel phase by chemical acid-base reaction.Rapidly solidified magnesium phosphate cement has high strength characteristics, the ambient temperature adaptability, good bonding with the concrete volume deformation, etc., have been used as a quick repair materials of concrete structures, but as a research fiber composite matrix has not been reported, in this paper designed a new magnesium phosphate cement, studied their physical and mechanical properties, which was prepared with the carbon fiber composite reinforcement material, and the acidic solution was studied erosion resistance properties of the material, the main results are as follows:1.As a base material fiber composite materials requires magnesium phosphate cement with good performance and with a higher bond strength. So fresh magnesium phosphate cement pastes must have the right job performance, ie setting time, slurry fluidity, thereby ensuring the fiber wettability, while magnesium phosphate cement pastes must have good mechanical properties. Traditional high magnesium phosphate cement strength, excellent adhesion properties, but the setting time is too short, the preparation is not conducive to fiber composites. In this study, the design of new magnesium phosphate cement materials, improving the performance of magnesium phosphate cement paste. The results showed that adding magnesium phosphate better flow properties of fly ash cement paste and wollastonite group, the setting time is relatively long, high compressive strength.2.The use of different mineral admixtures of magnesium phosphate cement slurry preparation of carbon fiber composites, adhesive ceramic plate(size: 180 mm ×60mm×1.1mm) on the back of the ceramic plate is reinforced, at room temperature, soaking and high temperature, etc. three-point bending test performance under different curing conditions. The results show that, at room temperature(20 ℃) and high temperature(250℃) conditions using phosphate magnesia cement wollastonite added as a substrate material having a high bending strength. Adhesive layer Carbon Fiber Reinforced ceramic plates can improve the flexural strength of the ceramic plate 4.9 times. Different mineral admixtures of magnesium phosphate cement paste prepared by carbon fiber composite, stick to concrete beam(100mm×100mm×400mm) surface is reinforced concrete. Respectively, at room temperature(20℃)and high temperature(100℃) test a four-point flexural strength and single shear properties of trabecular made of concrete and epoxy while comparative study based carbon fiber reinforced composite materials. The results showed that high temperature, adding wollastonite, metakaolin and fly magnesium phosphate cement-based carbon fiber composite material reinforced flexural strength of concrete specimens were decreased, but reduced slightly, about 10 percent were; and reinforced concrete specimens in addition to adding a single shear behavior of wollastonite magnesium phosphate cement-based fiber composites were improved, the largest increase of up to 3.7%.3.For admixture of magnesium phosphate cement mortar containing different mineral acid attack test conducted, p H of the solution is 3,5,7 erosion, magnesium phosphate mortar test was immersed in an acidic solution 60 days, testing the mortar test residual strength body. The results showed that adding wollastonite can significantly improve the performance of acid erosion test magnesium phosphate cement block; adding wollastonite, acid corrosion metakaolin and fly magnesium phosphate cement mortar test block can be better than its soakinggood performance; on the whole, adding metakaolin structural solidity magnesium phosphate cement mortar test block of wollastonite and fly better than mixing.In this paper, by improving the material component, got a job and mechanical properties are ideal mix of magnesium phosphate cement material, the use of the magnesium phosphate cement materials can be conveniently prepared fiber composite materials for the reinforcement and reinforcement. At the same time, magnesium phosphate cement also has the ability of strong acid solution erosion.
