With the Containing oil area of Chang 6 reservoir in the Hulangmao area Expanding, increasing development wells and the expansion side wells, changing underground geological conditions, in the development process there will be a one-way onrush water, Moisture content rises rapidly, Hydraulic drive effect is not ideal. In this paper, the Chang 6 reservoir in Hulangmao area in special low permeability reservoir characteristics, through reservoir simulation studies, reservoir engineering technology and other means to further the understanding of the region and re-study, It introduced a set of measures of suiting development and technology policy in this area and the Water regulation technology.Hulangmao area is located in Jingbian of Shaanxi Province and Zhidan-Wuqi-Ansai County territory. Mainly in Jing’an Oilfield, east across the Yang Mi Jian and Xinghe district in Ansai Oilfield, west across the eastern half of the region Wuqi Oilfield. From the regional structure point of view, this area is located in the middle of the slope in northern Shaanxi, is a gentle west-dipping monoclinic. Dip is less than 1 degree gradient of 6~8m/km. On the development of multi-slice axial Eastwest or Northeast-Southwest like a nose.Recovery ratio is a measure of an important indicator of the level of field development, and analysis can be drawn general equation derived oil recovery. By the formula indicates, there are many factors such as:well spacing density f, reserves coefficient a, permeability k, the average height in a single well he, the production time t, production pressure(Pe-Pwf-PG), general water rate fw, water viscosity ratio μR, the supply radius Re, skin factor S and oilfield development time and so on will affect the water flooding oil recovery. There is a correlation and restraint between the various factors,. These factors are inherent properties of reservoir geology, we can not be changed, so that the main method to increase the recovery ratio is to adjust the development of technology. The impact of the development of low-permeability oil recovery ratio factor is derived from many aspects. Such as well pattern and well spacing density, production pressure, well working system, the level of oil production and development adjustment measures will affect the final recovery ratio. So we have to change these development factors to adjust the actual situation, and make it best toincrease the recovery ratio.By reservoir engineering analysis, we learned it for the block, watering is to restore reservoir pressure, increase well productivity and development effectiveness of key technical issues, and early watering to supplementary formation energy play an important role to improve well productivity and development benefits. During the water time we need to change oilfield development technology to make it best. Therefore, this article use the numerical Simulation, interception a block in geological modeling, to optimization bottomhole pressure, injection-production ratio, liquid production rate. Get a reasonable bottomhole pressure of the block is 9Mpa, Reasonable injection-production ratio is 1.1, a reasonable liquid production rate is 1.7 percent. The results showed that appropriate to reduce bottomhole pressure, increase fluid production rate, and select the appropriate injection-production ratio will help to improve productivity.
