Perforating fluid as an essential part in perforating operation working fluid into the well, played a huge role in perforating operation.As external fluid into the well, however, due to containing solid particles and the filtrate not compatibility with reservoir, the perforating fluid system will bring serious damage to the reservoir, the damage will reduce the permeability of formation, reduce the capacity of the reservoir. Considering the perforating fluid system for reservoir damage, in the process of research and development of the perforating fluid system we must linke hydrocarbon reservoir protection closely, according to the characteristics of the research block reservoir optimization perforating fluid system in all kinds of additives, make the perforating fluid system meet the requirement of low damage even without damage. This paper research Yi Tong, Wang Fu, De Hui, and Rang Zijing four blocks, which have the characteristics of dense, high temperature, this is also make the perforating fluid system development put forward higher requirements, how to keep the perforating fluid system performance under high temperature, how to add a small amount of solid particles and even not join under the condition of solid phase particles to the density of perforating fluid system meet certain requirements, these are the important problem of the research on this subject.In this paper, by collecting a large number of date about perforating fluid system at home and abroad, all kinds of additives, the study of the characteristics of block reservoir, the four blocks Yi Tong, Wang Fu, De Hui, and Rang Zijing of Jilin oilfield as the research object, on the basis of perforating fluid solid phase and liquid phase harm analysis and research, by adopting the combination of theoretical research and indoor experiment technical route, studied the low damage perforating fluid system, and performance evaluation, the perforating fluid system has been developed with the characteristics of reservoir protection in jilin oilfield.Through data investigation found that to achieve the requirement of high-density perforating fluid, usually adopt the method of solid phase particles add a little. However, due to damage to the reservoir of solid phased particles serious (especially similar to the low permeability reservoir of jilin oilfield), must reduce or even eliminate the addition of solid phase particles. Indoor screening tests for fillers provides two very good idea, Use the formate or the halide salt as a base of perforating fluid system, these salts can reach a certain density and soluble, will not bring serious solid phase of reservoir damage. Subject need the perforating fluid density up to 2.5g/cm3, screening test results show that the halide salt density up to 2.4g/cm3, formate density up to 2.3g/cm3, subject adopts add salt crystallization inhibitors to solve the problem, and under the right circumstances in trace amounts of iron ore powder, also can make the density of the perforating fluid system meet the requirements.On the basis of density is achieved, start the further optimization for other additives. Determine using GZN as high temperature resistant viscosifier, using KCl as clay stabilizer, and the fluid loss agent selects the SMP-Ⅱ + TEMP and GJL-1 + GJL-2 + SMP-Ⅱ, SMP-Ⅱ + TEMP adopted for formate system and GJL-1 + GJL-2 + SMP-Ⅱ adopted for halide salt system. Surfactants are chosen with high temperature resistance, salt tolerance and strong surface activity, fluorocarbon surfactants FX. In determining the of all kinds of additives are determined on the basis of the two perforating fluid system:formate + KCl + SMP Ⅱ + TEMP + GZN + FX system of formate system, and halide salt + KCl + GJL-1 + GJL-2 + SMP-Ⅱ + GZN + FX halide salt system.Subject requirements perforating fluid resistance temperature highest to 185℃, in such a high temperature conditions, corrosion condition worsen, and many additives will decrease due to the high temperature performance, even failure. In the research, we solved this problem by using high temperature corrosion inhibitor JCI, HSJ - JH, antioxidant Na2SO3, and use GBH to protect the glue. The indoor perforating fluid evaluation test showed that these additives can be very good compatibility with system, enhance the perforating fluid system temperature resistant and corrosion resistant performance.Through the optimization of perforating fluid system in all kinds of additives, has developed the corresponding formula of the two kinds of perforating fluid system for different density and different temperature requirements.And start performance evaluation, the final conclusion is found that each kind of perforating fluid system API filtration is meet or less than 16ml/30min, the corrosion rate is less than 0.076 mm/a, core permeability recovery value in more than 95%,these all meet the topic request so these two perforating fluid systems can be a good role of Jilin oil field study blocks in field production.All in all, the success of the perforating fluid system can effectively solve the Jilin oilfield (has the characteristics of low permeability, high temperature) is difficult to find low injury, high temperature resistance, high density of perforating fluid. And the development of the two kinds of perforating fluid systems in the temperature of 185 ℃, density is 2.5 g/cm3, still has good properties, so it can be used as a research blocks in the future development of Jilin oilfield technical reserves. Therefore, two kinds of perforating fluid systems can good using in the four research blocks of Jilin oilfield, it has good application prospect.
