This paper focuses on the study of the reversible thermochromic Microcapsule Used in textiles, in the choice of materials, selection of crystal violet lactone (CVL), bisphenol A (2,2- BPA), fourteen alcohol (C28H60O2) complexes as a reversible thermochromic microcapsule core, through between the three ratio to find and the human body similar color changing temperature, the temperature about 35-36 DEG C. The best ratio of the three is m (CVL):m (2,2-BPA):m (C28H60O2)=1:4:50, the best ratio of three obtained is color change very quickly, the color change effect is prominent, the color change temperature to meet the experimental requirements. Selected urea - formaldehyde condensation synthesis of urea formaldehyde resin prepolymer as reversible thermochromic microcapsule wall, the molar ratio of prepolymer n (urea):n (formaldehyde) in=2:3, pH is 8.5, keeping the temperature constant at 75 C, reaction time is one hour, then cooled to 25 DEG C and then the reaction of an hour. Obtained by orthogonal test to determine the optimal process conditions of reversible thermochromic materials development is when the wall core ratio of 7:2, reaction pH value is 4, polycondensation temperature is 40 DEG C, the polycondensation time is 50 minutes, covering rate is 68%.From the above that, the photochromic properties for reversible thermochromic and get the project conditions are not the same under the micro capsule has a good understanding, to know the influence of different factors such as the ratio of core to shell, polycondensation temperature, reaction time, PH and other properties of microcapsules. Reversible thermochromic generated in the optimal solution of the microcapsule by finishing the application to textiles.
