Semiconductor nanoparticles also called quantum dots, the unique chemical and physical properties of nanocrystals, such as quantum tunnel effect, quantum size effect, and the resulting optical and electrical properties have drawn much attention of researchers. But the same time as the size of the nanoscale in bringing a series of characteristic advantages, have also brought some problems for further application in many fields. However, the properties of quantum dots/polymer composite are usually affected in some potential applications. This means that the composite is usually with inert matrix can be realized for further application. So the preparation of quantum dot-polymer composites is a prominent way for further application.The main purpose of this project is the design and preparation of CdSe quantum dots and special polymer poly (aryl ether ketone) compound thin film. Make a system to study the direct spread and in-situ growth of different ways of preparation of quantum dot-polymer films, do the research of different ways for the ultimate luminescence properties of compound film.In the second chapter of this paper, a series of size controllable(2.2-5.1 nm) and high quality fluorescent CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by thermal injection method. And the influence of reaction time, reaction temperature and dosage of aliphatic amine were studied. Then the prepared CdSe QDs were used to prepare quantum dot-polymer composites with direct spread method. The composite optical film was prepared.In the last chapter, we use semiconductor CdSe quantum dots with benzene carboxylic side chain of poly (aryl ether ketone) polymer composite system as the model system, the high quality of the fluorescence optical film(10*10 cm) was prepared by in situ growth method. The fluorescence properties and polymer composite with unusual stability make the material be widely used in many areas such as quantum dots batteries, light-emitting diode, and digital display in the future and laid a solid material foundation. At the same time the method of the preparation of nanoparticles and polymer composites as a good way, also for composite material preparation, especially the preparation of polymer composites method provides a basis and data support. The method is effective, simple and has high repeatability.
