With the development of world economy and the improvement of human life, the demand of essential oil is increasing, due to the complexity of product distillation process, expensive price and easy to volatile, so the higher requirements of filling system performance are proposed, the paper based on the understanding of development on the basis of filling equipment domestic and abroad, focus on the research about design of mechanical structure of the filling system, filling accuracy detection, filling defect inspection of container, electric control, its main content is as follows:Firstly, according to the requirements of the essential oil filling machine technology the thesis design the mechanical structure. Key to unscramble bottle of oil filling machine, transfer and filling, add the plug, screw cover mechanical structure for the process design, such as the photoelectric sensor installed on the filling equipment, realize the presence of qualified filling within the container and the presence of qualified testing functions such as plug, to ensure the filling machine system efficiency and stability under continuous operation environment.Secondly, this paper put forward a method using machine vision system to realize filling accuracy testing. The paper determin thecamera model, analysis the factors influence the lens parameters,and compare influence made by different lights to the experiment environment.The collected liquid level image will be sent to computer using software HALCON to analysis and contrast the product level, judge whether the filling precision of the products conform to the expected requirements.Again, this paper put forward a filling bottle defect detection method using machine vision system.It use the vision system of CCD sensor respectively detect oil bottle neck and body image before filling, according to the characteristics of the bottle neck and body images using image processing technology to pick up the defective part, and then use edge detection technology to separate the defect image and the background, so as to detect defects in bottle, judge defect types and then kick bottle body.Finally, the paper design the PLC as the controller of the electric control tilling system. hardware configuration, selection of programmable controller and its various modules units are designed to meet the need of the control system according to the expected control scheme to determine the number of PLC I/O port, and define it, use the touch screen to design man-machine interface, give full play to the advantages of touch screen to realize the operation of filling machine.The filling system designed by the paper has characteristics as follows:compact structure, advanced detection means, high control precision, friendly interface, it can be widely used in the essential oil, perfume, oral liquid, and small dose for filling bottles with high requirements of filling bottles an filling accurquality.
