With the development of globalization of economy, environmental problem has become the biggest obstacle in it. the efficient treatment of heavy metal ion wastevvater has been become a big problem. Therefore, we must develop an adsorbent to wastewater that is environmentally friendly and efficient adsorption of heavy metal ion, which has became inevitable requirement in the process of economic development.The topic is using salix shrub as raw material for the preparation of the wood-based humic acid, and analyzing the preparation technology of wood-based humic acid. Firstly, the chemical composition and structure of the wood-based humic acid is analyzed by FTIR and SEM. The results show that the wooden wood-based humic acid not only containing benzene ring, but also containing active groups of carboxyl, hydroxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and carbonyl groups. These active groups determine the acidity, hydrophilicity, ion exchange ability, complexation ability and high adsorption capacity of wood-based humic acid; The surface of wood-based humic acid is fish scale or form something like bunch of grapes in clumps and random patterns, which have a loose and porous structure, specific surface areas and strong adsorption ability.Secondly, i analyse the swelling properties of wood-based humic acid and static adsorption capacity of Ni2+, Pb2+ isothermal adsorption and regeneration performance, dynamic adsorption, dynamic adsorption performance and the adsorption mechanism and so on. The results showed that:(1) the wood-based humic acid’s swelling coefficient are direct proportion to the size of the solvent polarity, both it will increase with the increase of solvent polarity and under the condition of acidic or alkaline it can regenerate, swelling, doesn’t leak. (2) Wood-based humic acid has a strong adsorption for Ni2+、Pb2+, the adsoiption effect of Pb- is better. (3)The isothermal adsorption development have been demonstrated that the wood-based humic acid in test concentration range of Ni2 and Pb2+ adsorption conforms to the Langmuir adsorption model and the adsorption monolayer adsorption. (4) The wood-based humic acid’s adsorption rate is as high as 80% after secondary regeneration of Ni2+. Pb2+. which it suggests the wood-based humic acid has well repetition use in the treatment of heavy metal ions of waste water. (5) The dynamic adsorption showed that the main adsorption form of wood-based humic acid is ion exchange adsoiption and complexation lor heavy metal ion Ni2+. Pb2Finally, i investigate initial solution concentration of the heaw metal ions Ni2+.Pb2 the adsorption equilibrium time, pH value, temperature and other factors for the Ni2+, Pb2+ adsorption amount of influence. The result show that:(1) the best adsorption condition of the wood-based humic acid on the Ni2+:the solution concentration is 0.0048 mol/L, the adsorption equilibrium time is about 80 min, the pH value is 7, the adsorption temperature is 45℃. (2) the best adsorption condition of the wood-based humic acid on the Pb2+:the solution concentration is 0.0032 mol/L, the adsorption equilibrium time is about 80 min, the pH value is 7, the adsorption temperature is 45℃.
