In the environment of rapid development of modern science and technology, machinery manufacturing technology is constantly improved. How to achieve high precision machining has become the top priority of China’s machinery manufacturing industry today. This research participate in national "Twelfth Five Year Plan" 863 project, developed a complex object box parts for machining complex boring and milling machining center error modeling, some error analysis and error compensation. Going to establish the spatial error model of precision composite boring and milling machining center. To measure, analysis and compensate the error, and the development of error analysis system. In order to achieve higher precision composite boring and milling machining center purposes, effectively improve the quality of the end product.
