This paper takes the natural polymer chitosan as raw material, the use of molecular imprinting technique, using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, the preparation of chitosan/activated carbon composite membrane(CTS), chitosan/activated carbon composite blot(CCTS) film and chitosan/PVA/activated carbon composite blot(IMCu(II)-CCTS) film. Many aspects was researched, such as adsorbent preparation, characterization, static adsorption, adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics data fitting and adsorbent regeneration.The results show that: 1) Optimize the preparation conditions of the three adsorbents by single factor and orthogonal experiments, using infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) the three adsorbents were characterized, the result of three adsorbents surface area, the successful completion of the crosslinking reaction, the crystallinity of the adsorbent is reduced. 2) Optimization of static adsorption conditions, for different amounts of p H, dosage, initial concentration of heavy metal ions, adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption of Cu2+ three adsorbents to study the effect of conditions. 3) Study of three adsorbent for Cu2+ adsorption mechanism, respectively, with two adsorption thermodynamic and kinetic models of two adsorption data were fitted, the results show consistent, three adsorbent for Cu2+ adsorption behavior and Langmuir isotherm model fitting, indicating the adsorption process is dominated by chemical adsorption; adsorption enthalpy ΔH >0, entropy Δ S>0, the free energy change Δ G<0, indicates that the adsorption process is a spontaneous and disorderly endothermic chemical adsorption process. 4) The CCTS in binary mixed ion system for Cu2+ adsorption selectivity seen, CCTS selectivity coefficient K and relative selectivity coefficient Kr were greater than 1, selective adsorption performance CCTS is higher than CTS, showed that molecular imprinting technique references make CCTS for Cu2+ has a strong adsorption selectivity. 5) Use IMCu(II)-CCTS membrane in a multi-ion hybrid system for heavy metal ion adsorption and separation, in Cu2+ / Ni2+, Cu2+ / Pb2+, Cu2+ / Zn2+ and Cu2+ / Ni2+ / Pb2+ system, Cu2+ after five adsorption separation can be separated. 6) CTS film, CCTS film and IMCu(II)-CCTS film using a HCl 0.1 mol/L solution analysis,CTS film and CCTS film after five times regeneration of the adsorbent for Cu2+ adsorption amount were the original 88.56%, 86.08%, and IMCu(II)-CCTSfilm still reached 86.95% after ten times regeneration rate, which showed that three kinds of adsorbents have good adsorption regeneration adsorption properties.
