Food safety is the most concern of the people, is also a problem of the world together, its relationship with the people’s life safety and health, relations with economic health, relationship with the government’s image. In recent years, food safety problem increasingly become one of the focus of the society. At the same time, food safety was key factors of the improvement of food industry, which has great effect on the national basic industry-agriculture, then it impact on China’s economic growth and social progress, so food safety has been paid close attention by more and more customers. In modern agricultural production, people in order to ensure the growth of agricultural products, stable and high yield, by a large number of application of pesticides. strobilurin fungicide is a new type high efficient broad-spectrum fungicide, to almost all fungal diseases can show very good control effect, it is mainly used for food, fruit and vegetable crops in the heavy, powdery mildew, early blight disease prevention and control, such as low toxicity, high bactericidal activity and use of the characteristics of broad spectrum.Because the strobilurin fungicide has protection, treatment and eradication, osmosis, uptake activity, has good safety and environmental compatibility, more and more get the favour of people, but because of its usage is more and more big, they can be absorbed by plants and soil and in plant residues in the body metabolism, the pesticides and metabolites of residual problem has become a hot spot in the environment and food safety problems. So far, our country has not been limited to strobilurin fungicide rules and related regulations, to cope with the international trade and foreign technical barriers and other issues, so it is necessary to study and establish such microbicides detection method. Therefore, establish a rapid, effective, simple and green sample preparation methods and techniques for detection of samples of this kind of fungicide is very necessary, is also our chromatographic workers should pursue goal.In this topic has launched three new preparation technology with the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled, four strobilurin fungicides residues detection in environmental water samples and juice.1. The cloud point of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to detect four strobilurin fungicides residues in water samples. The extraction conditions such as the types and concentration of extraction solvent, extraction temperature, the kind and amount of disperser solvent, the incubation time, and salt effect conditions were optimized. Then the method was successfully applied in environmental water samples.2. Magnetic retrieval of ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (MR-IL-DLLME) technique ccombined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to detect four strobilurin fungicides residues in water samples and juice. The magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were choosed as the magnetic adsorbent, ionic liquid [C6MIM] [PF6] as the extraction solvent. The extraction conditions such as dosage of adsorbent, the kind and amount of extraction solvent and disperser solvent, extraction time, salt effect conditions were optimized. Then the method was successfully applied in environmental water samples.3. Magnetic solid-phase extraction ccombined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to detect four strobilurin fungicides residues in water samples and juice. First, the ionic liquid-functionalized magnetic microspheres were synthesized and then the prepared magnetic microspheres were choosed as the adsorbent. The extraction conditions such as dosage of adsorbent, the kind and amount of adsorbent and eluent, extraction time, salt effect conditions were optimized. Then the method was successfully applied in environmental water samples and juice.
