Unsaturated silicon-carbon double bond compounds(silenes) could both have planar structures similar to alkenes, or nonplanar structures similar to the heavier alkene congeners. Since the first silicon-carbon double bond intermediate was found in 1967, the silenes’ synthesis and activity of reaction developed so quickly. The synthesis of silicon-carbon double bond compounds from the initial photolysis method and pyrolysis method to the development of salt elimination method, Sila-Peterson reaction method. As the high activity of reaction of silicon-carbon double bond compounds, they can carry out a variety of reactions. Such as: dimerization reaction, addition reaction and reaction with nucleophilic reagents. So they have broad application prospects in the field of organic synthesis and silicone polymer materials. In this paper, the reaction of dialkylsilylene A with diazoalkanes 121、123 to form the corresponding 1,2-oxasiletes 122, 124, through studying the mechanism of the reaction, we found the intermediate silicon-carbon double bond compound 126. Therefore, we increased diazoalkane’s steric, finally resulting in a corresponding bridge-ring compound 130. At last we obtained a new silicon-carbon double bond compound 129 by photochemical reacion. This paper is divided into two parts:1. The reaction of dialkylsilylene A with diazoalkanes: the study found dialkylsilylene A reacted with diazoalkanes 121、123 to form the corresponding 1,2-oxasiletes 122, 124. Through the study of their reaction mechanism, and found silicon-carbon double bond intermediate compound 126.2. The formation of silicon-carbon double bond compound by dialkylsilylene A: through dialkylsilylene A reacted with steric diazoalkane 128 to give the corresponding bridge-ring compound 130. At last we obtained a new silicon-carbon double bond compound 129 by photochemical reaction.
