Research micro-nano bubble has become a hot topic in recent research. Micro-nano bubble ordinary bubbles do not have the features, such as:small bubbles rising slowly, and with a strong oxidizing characteristics. In water aerobics, flotation technology, sewage treatment and other fields have important applications. Compared with other methods of aeration treatment, micro-nano bubble also has a simple, low power consumption, no secondary pollution, with good replicability. However, the current law on the formation of micro-nano bubbles and bubble characteristics different from common problems, is still in the process of continuing research, the micro-nano bubble and use some of the features have yet to be developed and utilized.Beer industry wastewater biodegradability is generally strong organic wastewater. Beer wastewater concentration of organic matter content is generally higher, COD can reach one thousand mg/L or more. For beer wastewater treatment, water treatment methods can be taken to have them remove the oxidation of organic matter. Currently, the main brewery wastewater treatment process for aerobic and anaerobic treatment method and integrated processes.In this study, the basic characteristics of the micro-nano bubble do the relevant research, as well as the air as a carrier-based micro-nano bubbles, the influence of factors of temperature, time, pH, dissolved oxygen and other micro-nano bubble in the water, and through Orthogonal test delving optimum conditions micro-nano bubble solubility in water [1]. On this basis, separately for ordinary bubbles, air micro-nano bubbles, ozone micro-nano bubble of brewery wastewater treatment effect on organic matter have been studied by comparing the difference between the three, a better understanding of micro-nano bubbles in water treatment technology application prospects. The conclusion of this experiment is as follows:(1) Studies have shown that micro-nano bubbles suspended in the water time is 252s.(2) micro-nano generating means effective mixture of gas-liquid mixing ratio is at least 2.12%.(3) micro-nano bubbles in the air, based on the influence of factors of temperature, time, pH value on the micro-nano bubbles of dissolved oxygen in the water, the resulting impact order: temperature, speed, pH, time; orthogonal test results showed that the optimum conditions for micro-nano bubbles in the air as a carrier for the pH value of 7, time 8min, temperature is 23℃, speed is 1300r/min higher when the dissolved oxygen content. Under optimum conditions do parallel validation experiments, to obtain an average value of dissolved oxygen 14.7mg/L.(4) the use of common methods of aeration, air micro-nano bubble and ozone micro-nano bubble aeration three kinds of beer wastewater organics processing. Three methods of research under the influence of single factor (temperature, speed, pH, etc.), differences in the removal of organic beer wastewater respectively. Experimental results show that the three brewery wastewater treatment method, four single factor (temperature, speed, pH, etc.) have a certain impact on the treatment method. Under certain conditions, the degree of brewery wastewater treatment ozone micro-nano bubble were the best, followed by air micro-nano bubble, bubble ordinary poor. Under optimum conditions of treatment effect were 45.07%,31.52%,2.06%.As can be seen from the results of the experiment, the micro-nano bubbles in the water mass and oxidation effects, by the effect of temperature, time, pH, and speed and other factors. Micro-nano bubble changes in dissolved oxygen, water quality may reflect that some mass and micro-nano bubble oxygenated amount of water. For the treatment of organic waste beer, the treatment effect was significantly lower than traditional aeration treatment effect micro-nano bubbles. Meanwhile, as the carrier of ozone micro-nano bubble brewery wastewater treatment effect is better than the treatment effect of organic micro-nano bubble of air, the results suggest that different micro-nano bubbles as a carrier gas, micro and nano-bubbles in water oxidation treatment effect has a certain impact.
