Through relevant information and literature research, outlined the history of the steelcontaining Cr,focusing on the study of the status and progress of the Cr-containing steels inparticular corrosion, super I3Cr steel corrosion mechanism and its inlfuencing factors,failureanalysis, etc., Meanwhile Institute test method de"scribes the three excesses1’ acidification andgas wells have lower environmental13Cr and15Cr condensate corrosion behavior of stainlesssteel used in this paper,The use of high temperature and pressure corrosion test equipment,research Baosteel super13Cr "three super" environment, the corrosion behavior of Baosteelsuper15Cr, JFE JFE super super13Cr and15Cr in fresh acid, residua! acid environment; Kes207wells by simulating actual production conditions studied the HPl-13Cr and HP2-13Cr gas, liquidcorrosion behavior of stainless steel in the produced water environment and observe and analyzethe characteristics of its corrosion morphology.The test results showed that the fresh spirg, residual acid lfowback,corrosive environmentsformation hydraulic conditions, the super13Cr tubing corrosion resistance of the material tomeet the basic acid fracturing and production requirements. In rfesh acid120"C workingconditions: fresh sour process is caused by a large number of tubing wall pits, super13Cr15Crexhibits representing excellent resistance to pitting corrosion than the energy; fresh sour processof JFE13Cr no tubing yield strength significantly affected. In the residual acid12(TC/C(>2(3.2MPa) tubing wall also appeared under certain operating conditions pitting phenomenon, butthe process is relatively fresh sour, residual acid flowback separate process for pipeline corrosionlighter. Fresh acid120°Cresidual acid145*C/C02(3.6MPa) under working conditions, tubingfresh sour overall weight loss greater than independent residual acid process and the process ofweight loss and back row, indicating that there is a synergistic effect. Four mateiral at120*C/3.2MPa (CO2partial pressure) the extent of the corrosion conditions than145"C/3.6MPa (CO2partial pressure) is more seirous condition; protection TG201acidification of the tubingthroughout the course of a selector resistance, ability to protect against super13Cr better-Simulation results show that the produced water, the environment and the vapor phase wellKes207environment, HPl-13Cr and HP2-13Cr tubing corrosion rate is less than the etching rate criterion O.lmrn/y can well meet Kes207vapor and liquid environments use requirements...
