With the rapid development of modern science and technology, computer science as asymbol of the new textile technology has emerged. The new design concept injects fresh bloodinto textile. This topic is in this environment and based on the existing research results, focuseson the use of fractal theory to study design fractal weave which has a special texture effects. Themethod is based on IFS raw ingredients rules of the fractal graphics, with twill as the basicweave, using computer visualization method, through the organization of matrix iterativeoperation, quickly generate fractal weaves of the basic weave. Then selecting another twillweave which has a certain corresponding relationship with the basic weave as filling weave, weget a kind of fractal weaves which have similar texture effect, its texture is obviously back grainappearance, and the regularity is obvious. We have weaving experiment in electronic jacquardmachine, analysis and discuss the special fabric texture effects produced by fret fractal weave.Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory of IFS in fractal geometry and outlines thegeneration principle and method of IFS graphics, with the aid of computer programming andvisualization method, the fractal graphics is drawn which has a self-similarity and a self-affinestructure.Secondly, design method of fret fractal weave based on IFS is studied. For one thing,describes the principle and method of using IFS to draw fractal weave. The second, detaileddiscuss the design principle of fret fractal weave. In which, by comparing the characteristics ofplain fractal weave, twill fractal, satin fractal weave, we can determine which is the basic weaveof fret fractal weave; Then is to determine the fractal level of the twill basic weave; Finally, byfilling with twill, fret fractal weave is generated which has highly similar with the characteristicsof fret. The third, mainly studies the design method of fret fractal weave. On the premise offractal level invariant, to fix basic weave and change filling weave, or, conversely, to fix fillingweave and change basic weave. On the basis of grasping the texture variation of fret fractalweave, further explore the large loop fret fractal weave design method and applied to theconventional.Thirdly, with Zhejiang University JCAD design software, the fret fractal weave is directly stored into the fret fractal weave data after color separation, preparing for the subsequent layingof weaves into the pattern. Then choose the appropriate pattern, through weaving experiment inelectronic jacquard machine, fret fractal weaves are expressed in pattern. Thereby we obtain aJacquard fabric with fret fractal weave texture.Finally, from both the computer and the sample, the result of the experiment is analyzed.Find out what effects the fractal level, the structure of basic weave and filling weave, therelationship between basic weave and filling weave impact on fret fractal weave; Interception ofdifferent local of fret fractal weave have effect on fret texture. Different fret fractal weave hasdifferent influence on fret fractal weave fabric. The above studies have shown that the method ofdesigning fret fractal weave is practical and feasible. Thus obtained a unique style jacquardfabric with a unique aesthetic taste, which provides a new way for digital jacquard fabric design.
