As one of the water-in-oil aqueous phase industrial explosives, emulsion explosive is widelyused in all walks of life of national economic development, making tremendous contributions to theeconomic development. But in recent years, though emulsion explosive brings us huge economicbenefits, it causes some production safety accidents in the meanwhile.The principle whichenterprises should follow is how to guarantee the economic benefits while ensure the safety ofworkplace at the same time. The safety evaluation of the production line can help enterprises findthe safety problems of production line, thus targeted protection work could be carried on, andrational suggestions to production management could be made at the same time, finally fullyguarantee the safety in production.However, due to the particularity of the production process of emulsion explosives, for thesecurity, just the safety monitoring and its alarm setting have been added in the production process,which can not fundamentally solve the security problem. And the researches which in-depthanalysis the safety factors of the production line of emulsion explosive and make safety evaluationare very few. In addition, in today’s civil explosive industry, safety evaluation is mostly made by athird party organization, whose final safety evaluation results are always not objective and actualbecause of the ignorance of particularity of such a high-risk industry of emulsion explosives whenthese institutions are making safety assessment. So this paper takes the continuous production lineof emulsion explosive in some chemical enterprise in Zhejiang Province as a research object, uses acomprehensive safety evaluation method based on cloud model and proposes a safety evaluationsolution of production line of emulsion explosive based on cloud model. The main study points ofthis paper are summarized as follows:(1) In the terms of system security and combined with modern accident causation theory andsafety assessment principles, the paper in-depth understands the production process of emulsionexplosive and makes a risk identification for the main safety factors of the production line, thenmakes a in-depth study on these safety factors, finally determines the safety indexes correspondingthe safety evaluation of emulsion explosives.(2) Aiming at the establish safety evaluation indexes, various security assignment methods areanalyzed based on the brief description of common security evaluation theory. By comparing theactual results of the assignment, the AHP assignment method based on improved cloud model isselected for the assignment of the safety indicators of the emulsion explosives production line, thus making the final assignment of the results of scientific and objective.(3) This paper elaborates the basic idea and method of comprehensive evaluation method ofthe production line of emulsion explosive based on the cloud model and compares this method withusual fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, at last, the more objective comprehensiveevaluation method based on the cloud model is applied to the safety evaluation analysis of theproduction line of emulsion explosive. The method has a good advantage, and the characterizationresults are more objective, efficient and reliable.(4) Based on the safety monitoring system of the original production line of emulsionexplosive, the technology of DDE and ADO are used for completing the communication betweenthe Kingview and the database, the database and C#as well as C#and the Matlab, finally the C#was used for completing the safety assessment of the entire system development.
