Refractory brick shape dimension in line with the tolerance limit is one of the keyindicators of a refractory brick quality. Theoretical study shows that strict control of firebrickdimensions is in favor of kiln lining stability to some extent, and finally has an effect on theservice life of kiln.Together with the development of modern science and technology, online automaticmeasurement of refractory brick size becomes possible. On the basis of the existingmeasurement levels, it is of great importance to make further classification for brick size andeffective cluster, and then establish fuzzy classifier model. More detailed reasonableclassification can not only meet the needs of the export of products, but also can reduce thesize cumulative error of kiln lining, prolong the kiln life, reduce the risk of collapse andincrease benefit.The full-size fuzzy classification method of refractory and dynamic control of theactuator is studied and discussed. The mechanism of the service life of refractory brick andvarious mathematical clustering algorithms has been studied in detail. Thus, the most widelyused and most mature theory of FCM clustering algorithm for clustering analysis has beendetermined to make cluster algorithm.By comparing with the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of clusteringalgorithms, the limitation of FCM algorithm in that clustering number must be givenartificially is analyzed. An effective clustering function is proposed according to the principleof clustering validity in this paper. The optimal clustering function can be obtained adaptivelythis method. It is verified by Mat lab simulation.In order to effectively overcome the algorithm cannot handle symbolic nature of the data,the data treatment scheme was proposed, the algorithm of this project, and through mat labsimulation analysis compare the clustering results, establish a stable fuzzy mode.Finally, fuzzy classifier model implanted PLC control program, man-machine interfacedesign, man-machine communication is established, and by simulating the complete programfor its dynamic control of the actuator. Results show that the clustering results stable fuzzyclassifier, the objective, the actuator can complete the accurate classification of output.
