In this paper, based on the traditional mechanical mixing process, a new technology for preparation o f semi-solid slurry solid-liquid mixed rheological casting technology optimization, in the study o f the solid liquid mixed rheological casting process o f melting characteristics o f prefabricated Al-Zn alloy, and alloy composition, grain refiner on microstructure o f the solid-liquid mixed casting o f rheological effect the mixing rheological casting grain refinement mechanism in the process o f solid and liquid, and solid-liquid mixed rheological casting analysis o f melting and solidification process numerical simulation method, the results o f the study show that:When the quality o f melt and preform ratio was 7:1, the initial melt temperature is the main factor affecting the semi-solid microstructure, higher than the liquidus temperature o f 40 °C for the best experimental. The quality o f melt and the preform is melt temperature curve o f 7:1 to below the liquidus temperature after steady, and the quality o f melt and the preform is melt temperature curve fluctuations 3:1 greatly.
