Preparation And Economic Analysis On The Yunnan Phosphorus Building Gypsum Based Cementitious Material

China is an agricultural country, agriculture huge demand on phosphate, phosphoric acid, industrial mass production of phosphate fertilizer phosphate can produce a large number of by-product phosphogypsum. At the same time, our country, the demand for natural gypsum is huge, and natural gypsum are precious nonrenewable resources. So with phosphorus gypsum resource recycling, instead of natural gypsum for production use, can not only avoid the environmental damage caused by phosphorus gypsum, but also can save natural gypsum resource, at the same time also bring considerable economic benefit and social benefit. As a result, the phosphorus gypsum resource reuse becomes significant. This experiment studied the use of phosphorus gypsum was prepared in line with the state building materials industry standard of yunnan phosphorus building gypsum plaster products (alpha type Hemihydrate gypsum; gypsum based self-leveling mortar), and experiment parameter optimization, combined with its quality performance and the cost per unit of yunnan phosphorus building gypsum gelling material products comprehensive benefits are analyzed. In this paper, the main results were as follows:1. This study of the main impurity removal of phosphorus gypsum, do a lot of experiments on phosphorus, fluoride and organic matter. In traditional commonly used three pretreatment methods:lime, water washing, in flotation process, on the basis of combining yuntian chemical group in our province three-ring chemical co., LTD., the properties of phosphogypsum form provided by the lemon puts forward a new pretreatment method of washing method. The method can effectively remove the impurities in the phosphogypsum, and makes gypsum crystals as well.2. In this study the preparation of alpha out Hemihydrate gypsum conforms to the national building materials industry standard JC/T2038 "alpha type high-strength gypsum 25 label-2010 in the alpha level of alpha Hemihydrate gypsum, and by using the Matlab (version 7.0) intuitive analysis was carried out on the experimental parameters, experimental parameters optimization.3. This study for the preparation of alpha Hemihydrate gypsum as main gelled material, can be prepared in accordance with national building materials industry standard "gypsum based self-leveling mortar" JC/gypsum based self-leveling mortar T1023-2007. And using Matlab (version 7.0) intuitive analysis was carried out on the experimental parameters, experimental parameters optimization.4. This study of experiments, the preparation of building gypsum plaster products of yunnan phosphorus into analysis and comprehensive benefit analysis of the unit, this research put forward:effective utilization of phosphogypsum in Yunnan to the preparation of the gypsum plaster products and yard investment cost can be reduced, site maintenance, its material products can bring considerable economicbenefits. Also contributing to the environmental protection in Yunnan province at the same time, for the development of new wall and ground material provides a certain reference.
