Polyurea elastomeric material is one of elastomers reacted from isocyanatecomponent and amino compound component. The elastomeric material is a green-co-friendly materials, which has excellent physical and chemical properties, such corrosion, waterproof, wear resistance, etc., without catalyst. During construction, the material is free from temperature and humidity. To further improve the overall performance of polyurea material and expand its applications, this paper mainly studied the synthesis of spray polyurea elastomer and its wear-resisting performance improvements.In this study, we have used the liquid of diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI-50) and amine-terminated polyether (D2000) as the main raw material, dimethylthiotoluenediamine (E300) as chain extender, respectively to synthesize a series of spraying polyurea of different formula and technology by two-step method. After comparison, determine the reacting temperature to room temperature 25℃, and the performed for 30 min.To improve resistance to abrasion of polyurea, experiments were selected silicon carbide zinc oxide, graphite powder, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide and silicon dioxide as abrasion-resisting packing, to compare the influence of different resistant fillers on the abrasion-resisting of polyurea products. And by changing different abrasion-resisting agent adding amount, observe the effects of abrasion-resisting agent on polyurea. Then make tests and analysis on some performance of synthetic product.
