Our country is coal production and consumption country, environmental pollution produced by coal combustion much harder to ignore. Installed capacity of coal-fired power plants account for about 70% of the total installed capacity. From the point of view of reducing emissions coal-fired power plant, it is very necessary that analysis rationality of individual emission reduction measures and the effectiveness of various measures of comprehensive emissions for coal-fired power plants.In analyzing to the evaluation index system of emission reduction measures domestic and international, in reference to the evaluation index system of emission reduction measures domestic and international, from an economic, technical and environmental aspects establish better adaptability comprehensive evaluation index system of coal-fired power plant emissions reduction measures, including 61 indicators, a comprehensive overview of basic characteristics of the current coal-fired power plant emissions comprehensive. When a number of measures to reduce emissions of coal-fired power plant comprehensive evaluation, mitigation measures specific data collection more difficult, the index system of qualitative indicators is not easy to determine, and the indicators weights is more difficult to determine. Calculated from the Analytic Hierarchy Process of evaluation indicators weights, the use of Grey Relational Grade method nominated comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation results are accurate and accurately reflect the true number of measures to reduce emissions of coal-fired power plants rationality and effectiveness. Finally, according to the data of 27 thermal power 300MW units, using the above model, a comprehensive evaluation of all the participating units equipped with desulfurization, de-NOx, dust removal unit, final results consistent with the actual operation of each unit reduction measures. From analysis of the final evaluation results of coal-fired power plant data, the model established in this paper has a reasonable, practical and effective.
